13/3/2017 07:27 | Conspiracy theories abound."-- Agreement is with Suay Chin International Pte Ltd ("Suay Chin"), a Singapore registered company formed to take advantage of its extensive connections to supply the Chinese lithium market with a range of clients from acid producers to lithium carbonate producers and to the final lithium-ion battery manufacturer."So they aren't just involved with Shandong. | equity growth
12/3/2017 23:57 | mhin2 Birimian were further down the road than KOD, The grades are the same everywhere. Shandong simply does not have the money and both companies are too early stage to take the risks. There are other important factors. South America is where virtually of the worlds supply of lithium resides due to its dried out sea beds which are now salt lakes. Bolivia, Chile and Argentina has more lithium than all the other countries in the world put together and its literally on the surface of the salt lakes. They can supply all the lithium the world needs for many many years to come. I do not believe lithium will ever be produced from politically unstable Mali on a commercial scale. Its all AIM private investor fodder. Where PIs push this share price to has nothing to do with the reality of the situation. This really is goodnight from me and goodnight from him. | pwhite73
12/3/2017 23:42 | shujja, lets hope there is a bidding war...but if chin get 100% in offtake then the agreed price will determine the value of KOD...but I dont know enough, and its all supposition...lets see what happens tomorrow...insiders will have a better idea, and that will be known in a few days because we will only have an idea of where the share price is going after profit takers and loss minimisers have left | mhin2
12/3/2017 23:37 | If offer made for us 87 million pounds would be 3 p | shujja1
12/3/2017 23:26 | Pwhite, I appreciate your posts, but I can understand `due dilligence' before a potential commitment to a major stake...kod is still early stage, and I think they have indicated good grades...were not some above 3%? and most were equal to or above birimian...although I could not assess depth and width comparisons...anyway you think birimian offer was a ruse, I think it was it was withdrawn because of what Kod could offer, and they certainly seem to be selling themselves cheaply. I found Birimians response to the non-delivery of funds curt, and they seemed too happy to close any possibility of extensions etc. -that indicated, to me, that Birimian were not displeased. | mhin2
12/3/2017 23:25 | mhin2 - "due diligence, if successful," They've supposedly put up £500k without any due diligence but the £4.3 million requires due diligence. Have you ever read such rubbish in your life. As I posted earlier the £500k has already been covered by you guys. Your spending in the coming weeks will determine if the due diligence is successful or fails. Goodnight and don't anyone have nightmares because of my posts today. | pwhite73
12/3/2017 23:15 | shujja, this is what the rns says ...Following the due diligence period and if successful, the Agreement contemplates Suay Chin completing a second share placing within a further 15 days (or 30 days with Kodal's consent) to increase its shareholding in Kodal to 20% at a price of £0.0038 per share (expected to result in a further cash investment of approximately £4.3 million) (the "Second Placing")... key words due diligence, if successful, contemplates, 20% at a price of £0.0038 (seems a bargain if all comes good). clearly mr ayling does not have as much faith as we do to sign up to such an undertaking...or am I wrong?...what about the joint ventures in gold...do they not have value? Anyway, with your confidence I hope you are going all in tomorrow morning, and I wish you the best of luck. | mhin2
12/3/2017 23:09 | Nice to see you Ny boy no the reson they taking 20% shares would be to block any other co coming to take over I think it's a smart move | shujja1
12/3/2017 22:58 | I dont want to upset people, but a frank and open exchange of views on KOD would serve us all...that way we can make judgements about risks and rewards in what is already a market that has asymmetric information that works to the detriment of pi's | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:49 | ny boy ...lets see what her funding arrangements emerge...wasn't lind involved with Peter Landau and Range Resources?...her seems to be on a downward trajectory, but still 1000% up or is it 500% from the 0.02p convertible lind loan | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:47 | shujja...then possibly take kod out...if kod have whats in demand, hopefully there will be counter offers...lets see where the `...due diligence on the Company and the Project, including conducting site visits, preliminary metallurgical testing and confirmation of geology....' takes us | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:47 | No reason why these won't take off soon, I'm in (HER) and they have gone up 700% in days, with lots more to come. I bought these for a similar ride. GLA | ny boy
12/3/2017 22:43 | A This is the bit I like we take 20% then take you out after that | shujja1
12/3/2017 22:35 | Actually I did...didnt realise that Suay Chin International Pte Ltd was incorporated so recently, but Shandong Mingrui Chemical Group Co., Ltd. has been going for some time, and seems to be part of Jiangsu Yangzhou Jinyuan Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. ( Also know that the chinese army has a lot of business interests...lets hope this is part of them. | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:28 | That's ok, you didn't learn anything from the previous 35 posts either. | goneawol
12/3/2017 22:25 | goneawol...didn't learn anything from that, other than we are driven by stories and narratives...it the ones you choose to believe, and those that come to fruition that makes and breaks us. | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:22 | PWhite73 12 Mar '17 - 22:08 - 1553 of 1556 0 0 But had I not raised the subject of what may really be going on it would not have crossed anybody's mind. Not even yours. '''''' There's probably a reason for that. | goneawol
12/3/2017 22:20 | Pwhite, Accept that, and I thought Lithium may be overblown, but gigafactories coming on stream, commodities starting to lift off historic lows, and KOD do have some good JV deals. Also Chinas pollution problems, and their investment in EV's is not to be sniffed at. I agree about the gold, some updates would be useful...its all a risk, and at the moment I am quite happy with KOD, although thanks for your cautionary comments...they are now in my calculation/assessme | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:18 | mhin2 KOD has nothing except investors dreams and hopes. Always amazes me how these AIM mining companies jump from project to project depending on where the hot money is. What happened to all their gold projects. When was the last you heard about any of them. I could also go on about the validity of the all mining licences in Mali. The Malian government was subject to a coup d'état in 2012. An interim government was reinstated by the French after they invaded Mali to restore some sort of democracy. But lets not even go there. | pwhite73
12/3/2017 22:15 | Thelung...didn't learn much from that... | mhin2

12/3/2017 22:10 | thanks for raising it Pwhite, I will bear what you say in mind, and you are right...I would not have thought about it...I appreciate your analysis. Although it did occur to me that Mr Ayling may be part of the Perth Mafia | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:08 | mhin2 - "Pwhite, I have already stated, I am not here to ramp/de-ramp, merely exchange views" I know that and you know that. But for the ignorant incessant rampers here even responding to me is the equivalent to professional and criminal deramping. But had I not raised the subject of what may really be going on it would not have crossed anybody's mind. Not even yours. Anyway I have to go now. Nice talking to you. | pwhite73
12/3/2017 22:08 | lets see what KoD has...the proof of the pudding...and all that | mhin2
12/3/2017 22:02 | Pwhite, I have already stated, I am not here to ramp/de-ramp, merely exchange views. And what you said is entirely plausible, except it would not look good for KOD, Newcrest and the representational network that KOD seems to want to develop | mhin2 |
