kodals current permit is for dms+flotation. It is a requirement of the Mali mining code that all permits are held in-country (Future) to prevent tax avoidance.

Now kodal have entered a jv with Hainan so the permit needs legally transferring to both companies = kmuk.

However KMUK cant operate in Mali without the permit being held in-country = LMLB.

All of these changes are needed aswell as the ammendment to DMS only which is why Hainan made kodal underwrite their investment if the permits dont transfer = £100m.

End of the month some are selling to pay bills, myself inc, i have to sell down £1200 a month, it hurts.....it really hurts, im sure we'll head back up as payday comes, and no doubt news this/next week
