elco, first lithium have exploration permits which when they applied to renew got shoved onto new code. All mining operations have been asked to submit their paperwork to the govt for upgrade. No chance kodal will be the only company exempt.

mercman, not all ore is amenable to dms processing. Just because the MRE increased to 30Mt doesnt necessarily increase LOM. Most ore requires the use of flotation to liberate the spod. kodal cant afford flotation capex for stage 2 until after 4 yrs making bucket loads on stage 1 (DOH). The original idea of going dms only was to benefit from high sc prices, well that failed didnt it?

The info posted by fooca on lse regarding the 2023 mining code is extremely interesting.
As Dazaliam suggests if Kod are moved onto it then the investment case for Kod shareholders goes out the window.
But never fear Bernie will be ok on his £8k a week fees and Steve will be fine with his other jobs....

Hi fjI appreciate the time on that message. In regards to lse. I dont know exactly why they were taken down but I was not the reason. Theres alot of banta that goes on between the 3 of us or there was sometime ago. Anyhow daza if your still reading pal. I think it is obvious that Dazaliam and yourself have a lot of knowledge regarding mining stocks and it would benefit everyone to read the info.
It's a shame you both cannot debate.Although I would suggest that the claim by yourself of being in the top 3 worldwide should be withdrawn .Also I feel that you should back up your post with the viability info of new spod prices and possibility of moving onto the new code.
Granted no one should claim to have future definite figures.But you were asked.
I will admit I felt it underhand the way you reported those on lse who did not fit your view and this had left a bad taste.Everyone can rejoin lse under a different moniker and I bet a few have who have left already have rejoined.
I have never reported a post and believe everyone's view is welcome.Afterall a one sided debate is not a debate.
As for Kod getting taken over well that's always a possibility but there's a long way to go yet and no one knows where the second ship is yet!
