IMO should do comfortably North of £6m EBITDA for full year, DYOR, increasing net cash as well....EV/EBITDA multiple low for such a business, no wonder someone tried to buy on the cheap! DYOR

increasing net cash is a decent sign, legacy BS nearly done (hopefully, despite small increase in costs) and manageable it would seem, underlying business motoring IMO....looking v. good value, hopefully with yield potential in 2024 as well. DYOR

On a pe of 5 and great growth prospects plus a failed indicative offer I hope we do fall so i can buy more! Sub 50p is a bargain and I have a 3 digit price target 2 years out .

£6.1m in operating profit ltm against a enterprise value of £30m. Cheap!

In line means a good increase on last year.Market is only 33m and operating profit of 2.75m in H1 and net cash has increased by 1m in the 6 months. Sounds good to me !As the company says, revenue is H2 weighted. Even with lower margins in H2, this should lead to a better H2 than H1. And the framework contracts are starting to emerge. Looks good to me.

Probably my favourite buy Tim Scott wanted to buy whole of Kino at 56p and he wasn't In this for 50pct!!So to be able to buy sub 56p is a great opportunity hence my buys of late .

Just tried a dummy sale of over £10k, they want my stock shall we say, usually being illiquid I wouldn't have got a price IMO....so DYOR, but this rally may have more legs, let's see....DYOR

Nice to see this strength in the price, when we can say with some certainty that all the shorter term traders looking to benefit from the takeover are gone.

Remaining shareholders should be pretty aligned with and supportive of longer term growth and hopefully no real selling pressure now.

I think we could see this drift upwards over the next year without much resistance.
