Hi mayers, thanks and yes it is, from 31st January 2012, but last year they also released a Pre Close Statement on 31st March 2011, as here:



We were speculating a similar release this year.

just brought into this share as has good balance sheet strong cash flow and dividend yeild. Brought in at 68p first time into this one and doing it from a finance point of view

Does anyone have an opinion as to what's going on with this share? seems to be on a downwards slide lately. Great dividend, but tempted to sell...maybe the next set of results are going to reveal targets not being met?

Not as good as I was hoping revenue up only 1.6%

The area I was hoping to see very strong growth in (the hosting sector) made up this small revenue growth but they are not grabing market share:

Still consider KCOM a well run business but this will not impress the market too much.

divi raised 20%. 4p+ divi for the year forecast making 5.4% at last night's close.

Rather decent results imo.

last years interim divi was 1.10p and last years final divi was 2.5p giving a divi of 3.60p for the year, 10% up this year should take the full year divi to 4p ish. this years interim divi should be about 1.2p as you've stated

Hi CR, where did you get 4p divi forecast please? I thought it was due to be min 10% up on last year's Interims, i.e. min 1.21p.

Thanks rct. Regarding the interims I hoping they've made good progress in the hosting sector. I see this as a major growth area for KCOM. As you say we'll find out next Tuesday.

painter, a subsequent posting on iii speculated that it was just some old news related to the Morrisons contract. Hopefully we'll find out one way or the other next Tuesday.
