20/12/2010 11:18 | 0751 GMT [Dow Jones] JPMorgan Cazenove upgrades KCOM Group (KCOM.LN) to overweight from neutral. Says over the last 10 months, KCOM's share price has become range bound, increasing 9% versus the FTSE 250, up 21%. Says while the operational progress made this year will have satisfied existing shareholders, potential new investors will have been put off by ongoing revenue decline. Thinks group revenue growth will turn positive in '11/'12, "clearing an important barrier to an otherwise attractive investment case". JPMorgan has a 69p price target. KCOM shares closed on Friday at 57p Breaking out CR | cockneyrebel

The broker said it would snog with Telecom Plus, up 7p to 439p, for its income, marry KCOM, up 2½p to 55½p, for its yield and growth potential, but avoid Daisy because of its lack of dividend, although its shares rose 3p to 100½p." | grahamburn
