It's a great chart and there is no reason to think it won't continue to climb. It has taken quite a breather around 60p though.

Edit, as I speak I suspect she is about to be moved up.

This feels like it could break higher if it managers to climb and hold above 60.

Yes, me too, and they often take the opportunity to announce significant contract wins - let's hope there is something to announce.

j_p, I don't remember the share price ever being that high, when was that?

I would think many doing a scan on KCOM only see the historic divi rather than the statement in the interims saying this:

"Consistent with the improving financial performance of the Group following a period of transformation, and reflecting the improved visibility of Group performance going forward, the Board is committed to recommending a total dividend of 3.3 pence in the current year and expects to grow that dividend at a minimum of 10% in each of the two subsequent years."

Over the next 17 months you get 2.2p final divi in June and a further 3.6p at least next year making 5.8p in yield over 17 months or virtually 10% - without counting in potential capital growth.

As a total return share these look rather good to me.

Interim Management Statement this Friday, that should be interesting:

"The Hull-based Kingston Telecoms group KCOM Group report on Friday "

Got to break north, just a question of timing.

Three weeks just below 60p and no signs of the share price improving ?

Anyone with a view on the charts ?

Now at 60p - I suspect that once we break 60p, we could see a significant rise as the share price shakes off the gravitational effect of the longtime low 50s.

Chart looking lovely - has broken through 4 year old resistance here - should be some run to the trading statement at the end of the month imo.

Pushing 60p, but can it break through that is the big question ?

That would be useful, to back up the bullish forward-looking divi policy - I suspect a positive TS would trigger a spate of insti buying because of the solidity and income stream potential.

Chart looking good.

Hopefully when the world returns to work we should see some more buying

Trading statement in 2010 was at the end of Jan, so looking forward to that

Good to see these breaking out

Having lived in Hull at the time of the original flotation, I remember subscribing at, I think, 225p. We all then watched in awe as they rose relentlessly to around £18 I seem to recall. I sold out for £10 in the end, feeling very pleased with myself. Happy days. I didn't know very much then, but you didn't need to in the TMT era!

To four bag again from here would be nice, but I suspect not realistic.

Still, onwards and upwards
