Right for those interested in TA and haven't listened to Zaks assessment here's his chart analysis and all the indicators both in terms of RSI (showing strength) and the 50 and 200 dma all looking positive. Cash just to reassure me, I bought in at 1.4p so investe here, I get the tax argument, can you outline in your opinion the risks associated with such a move. Why's it not obvious and already done?

I've been holding these for literally years so there's no way I'm selling yet. I suppose they are getting them from day traders? But they can't be getting that many-if you're right it will cost them to buy back.

RoombWell rightly or wrongly I believe two market makers shorted the stock from 3.38 and artificially drove the share price down within that 15 minute window when they (IMO) illegally stopped buying and just slashed the bid dropping in loss leader sells to give the perception of people bailing. It was then self fulfilling however the greedy tw@ts went too far and now are struggling to buy back in any quantity. It would surprise me to see the 464k plus the larger one yesterday as their buys.When you read this article you'll get a better apprehension why Engel is a powerhouse and why would he let 68% die and all the lovely losses when he can RTO KBE and maximise the tax efficiencies. Liquid.Nice 464k buy at just below 1.7 which caused the next buy to be at over 1.9I predict we will see the push to 2p as any buyer will know they'll collect some at this point and then after that 3p will be very swift.£80m of losses is worth a fortune in tax savings to a profitable company reversed into Kimberley ...
