07/6/2016 09:30 | Yes cashmachine. I understand that this company's assets less its liabilities is MINUS 23 million euros even if this latest stuff goes through. The company in Q1 made an operating LOSS of E300k and a LOSS before tax of E472k. The company says "The financial statements are prepared based on a going concern basis. However, management believes that the above mentioned conditions indicate the existence of material uncertainties which cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern." KBE is pretty much toast still unless more rabbits appear from a hat. | eezymunny
07/6/2016 09:14 | EezyI don't suppose you noticed that for the 1st 3 months of 2016 revenue was the same as the entire 2015. Working on this assumption then revenue likely to be pushing £6m pa.Do you understand anything about property valuation? | cashmachine2

07/6/2016 09:04 | Err in the 1st quarter results the net liabilities are stated as MINUS E41.824m. So this uplift in equity value just takes the situation to MINUS E23.424m. More miracles required for the shares to be worth anything! | eezymunny

07/6/2016 08:35 | The consolidated financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Group will be able to raise funding to meet its obligations to the banks, its employees and service providers, as disclosed in note 27.a.iii. At 31 March 2016, the Group was in breach of EUR 33.9 million of lease payments. After the reporting date, the Company further breached its obligation to pay by an additional amount of EUR 0.1 million. Should any party commence bankruptcy proceedings against Marina Dorcol, the Company would lose control of Marina Dorcol and would be exposed to uncertainty with respect to compensation from the bankruptcy estate, since the Company will be in the "last row of creditors". The financial statements are prepared based on a going concern basis. However, management believes that the above mentioned conditions indicate the existence of material uncertainties which cast significant doubt on the Group's ability to continue as a going concern. | euclid5
