09/6/2016 08:47 | Cashmachine, do you mean that the current year's loss can't be carried forward ? I didn't know that. Or do you think something will happen before it can be carried forward? | roomb
09/6/2016 08:30 | Mm's playing games with false spread Could sell at 0.565 but won't let a bean go 5p thank you | liquidgold1
08/6/2016 22:59 | The 1st qtr results say different cash machine. "As of 31 March 2016, the outstanding debt toward ERD is EUR 25,024 thousands and is due by 30 June 2016. " | eezymunny
08/6/2016 22:36 | EezyAre you really trying to pretend to be unintelligent or is that really you?ERD have received the interest free loan back from the sale of the Canadian assets...I thought "easy" was with an "A" but I suppose it was a simple typo when you set up your monika!! Ersehole!EezyMunny - 08 Jun 2016 - 10:25 - 354 of 356 - 1Well if you were the parent company you'd presumably want as much of the money owed to it by KBE to be paid back. On the face of it the probability that there will be anything left for shareholders looks extremely low IMO. But, as I say, never say never. | cashmachine2
08/6/2016 22:32 | RoombYou're showing a complete Naivety and zero understanding regarding carrying tax losses forward. The reduction of debt has absolutely sweet FA to carrying historical losses forward. Please engage your rather petite brain before typing...Same intelligence just on a different thread I see...I'm sure Engel properties and Jacob will be pleased with the whole situation hence him owning 68%... | cashmachine2
08/6/2016 18:07 | cashmachine, following what you say, Mr Engels will be disappointed that KBE's debt is being reduced? Less tax loses? It's a strange world. | roomb
08/6/2016 10:25 | Well if you were the parent company you'd presumably want as much of the money owed to it by KBE to be paid back. On the face of it the probability that there will be anything left for shareholders looks extremely low IMO. But, as I say, never say never. | eezymunny
08/6/2016 10:22 | EezyI've been involved in many property investments all of which have been very successful. There were many crowing about MNR and saying it was all but bust only for the significant tax losses to be a valuable "asset" to another party.KBE do not have any secured loans and all of the debt is predominately held by ERD. The rolled over tax losses are huge and utilised properly by a successful property company is likely to save them 10's of millions in tax. If you think it's worth nothing, why bother posting.Jacob Engel holds over 68% and ask yourself why? Ask yourself why his company was happy to give an interest free loan to KBE? It's of my opinion he could take the remaining 22m shares and even at 10p paying £2.2m buys the £80m of tax losses which Engel Properties could save best part of £30m in taxes. Not bad for £2.2m...There's a game being played here and the next rally north in my opinion will dwarf the last two. That's not a ramp or a pump but a gut feeling basted on a huge experience in the property sector.Good luck but watch what happened when further free float is taken... | cashmachine2
08/6/2016 10:21 | I see your point Eezy, but the fact is that the shares are worth something now.As has been pointed out, the debt is to its parent company. You can argue that the large reduction in debt will make no difference, but we will have to wait to see about that. I'd be surprised if the reduction made no difference at all. | roomb
08/6/2016 09:59 | Just to clarify the current situation... The balance sheet post the Marina Dorcal changes looks roughly like this... Current assets E6.7m Non-current assets E3.4 Total assets E10.1m Current liabilities E33.2m Non-current liabilities E0.3m Total liabilities E33.5m Net liabilities E23.4m So the company's assets would have to increase in value by 200%+, or the liabilities would have to reduce by 70%++ (or some combination) for the shares to be worth anything. Never say never but it really looks pretty desperate! | eezymunny
08/6/2016 09:51 | 24,583 paid 1.2p yesterday and now has just sold for 0.555p. Some guys just love loosing money. | keeptoyourown

07/6/2016 23:39 | Engel invest | liquidgold1
07/6/2016 23:08 | Further to my point above this extract is taken from RNS of the 15th November 2015..."Kimberly Enterprises N.V. does not itself have any material obligations towards any creditors apart from the outstanding loans granted by its parent company Engel Resources and Development Ltd ("ERD"). Kimberly wishes to start and negotiate with ERD in order to restructure these loans". | cashmachine2
07/6/2016 21:25 | Well this man owns 68% of KBE and and all the debt secured by ERD and not KBE as far as I can see.ERD and GBES have given interest free loans to KBE in the past which were repaid by the sale of MPLs assets in Canada.I believe KBE is being used to capitalise on the huge losses it's carrying forward and will make an ideal RTO opportunity for some successful property company to utilise the massive tax losses. Oh a successful property company like ERD!!! | cashmachine2
07/6/2016 17:29 | No response then. Idiot | tidy 2
