What imaginary shareholding? I did ask you this previously but you seem incapable of responding in anything other than gibberish.

Says it all really.

TBF I have never seen a single post which supports investing here. It's easy to rubbish the share because it's supported by the history, the SP, the actions of LC and the BOD, the lack of any tangible progress, the incessant dilution to merely provide working capital which in the main pays BOD salaries, the failure of all the CTP projects, the constantly missed deadlines (goodness only knows what's happened to Bordesley), the complete lack of communication with shareholders, the warrants, the attempt to consolidate, the incomplete and therefore possibly misleading information, the tipping point, the sitting outside the minister's office, the when not if, etc etc. BUT where is the counter argument? What are the expectations of the rampers other than LC is a great guy and we have some projects?

My only agenda is to expose pump and dumpers, forewarned is forearmed.

I wouldn’t say that’s sad, I just don’t think it fits with YOUR agenda.

Good points CJ, you won’t get an answer from any of the pumpers or seemingly the LTH though, they can barely string a sentence together.

I would genuinely appreciate some facts coupled with any reasons for subjective positivity supporting the case for optimism here. That doesn't mean a listing of the so called projects and how we are undervalued compared to NPV in the accounts. What are free cash flow are the projects going to bring in? When will any of them actually bring this in? How will they be funded? What prospective market cap might the company have? How many shares will be issued to get there? The biggest downside here in my mind is undoubtedly that I expect there to be in excess of 10 billion shares (or 1 billion post consolidation) so even a market cap of £50m would see a maximum share price of 0.5p v current 0.16p. That would hardly be a major achievement considering the time and money that has gone into KIBO but I don't think LC has what it takes to get there even.

It will be even more powerful when those CLN are converted to equity ahead of March. That’s a LOT of shares for the market to absorb - about 25% of issued share capital potentially?

Ouch.

Admin expenditure year-to-year remains fairly consistent at £3,393,687...

Powerful admin expenditure here.

I don’t think anyone saw the CLN coming, I don’t think they even expected a placing until after they could try and raise the share price, seems to me that they are quite happy to drive the share price h to the ground with dilution, perhaps to force a consolidation?

Soon see.
