What does it matter what time people post on this board? And not everyone celebrates the same holidays, nor are in the same time zone.

You don’t seem to raise issue with certain other posters, who posts with multiple accounts, 24/7, as they have a view which is in line with yours, yet you are quick enough to call me an “agenda poster” because my view isn’t the same as yours, and apparently it’s a travesty to post on a New Years I don’t celebrate - despite posting in response to another poster.

What I find strange is that you, and other apparently invested here, refuse to discuss and answer simple questions, and instead attack those that pose them.

What price do you put on the coal assets?

What even are these coal assets in any depth?

KAT and MAST, their % in the former has been eroded, and will need significant investment for development, and the latter they have not published the debt contained within the SPVs, so how can this be fairly valued?

Thereââ‚;¬â„¢s a reason the market values this as it does, and why thereââ‚;¬â„¢s no significant buying, even from directors or LTH?

How many of the notifiable holders are still holding? Shumba were able to sell without notifying the market, as this Co is Irish registered holders don’t need to notify when they fall bell a threshold, so has Sanderson etc sold out also?

So enough distraction, answer the questions if you can.

What does it matter if someone holds or not?

Not a jot.

Are their opinions, views or questions any less valid if they do or don’t hold?

Of course not.

Whilst you infer, and is your mantra, that anyone that doesn’t hold shares is, and I quote, an “non holding agenda poster”, you also encompass any prospective investors doing their due diligence with that pigeonholing term, and that is very clearly simply not the case.

You don’t have to hold shares to have an opinion.

Get it.

People having an opinion that differs to yours doesn’t make them an agenda poster.

Understand?

Or are you too blinkered to grasp that concept?

Research.

And I think you are being incredibly pedantic, the question that was asked, despite my previous questions STILL not being addressed was tbus

“ why are you convinced there is no value even on a break up of kibo? “

I have never stated that there is no value.

It’s not that difficult even for one asobtusw as yourself to grasp.

Now as I politely asked, stop trolling me and trying to engage in personal taunts, I am here to discuss the co not to justify my view to you repeatedly, just because you refuse to remove your rather bias rose tinted glasses, and cannot seemingly read my posts without engendering some personal vendetta.

Iamthebest - please don’t troll me, you clearly have issues and are trying to derail discussion on this board with your banal nonsense.

Why said no value? The market currently values its at what, 4m? For what?

Nobody seems able to, or want to answer the question.

What justifies the current valuation?

What are the assets?

Why isn’t anyone buying if it’s so undervalued?

Rather than being disruptive, perhaps try and ask yourself those questions.

“ The question was why are YOU convinced there is no value even on a break up of Kibo?
The answer given is a poor one. YOU say in response.
1.Because this is the aim market? That does not equate to no value.
2.on paper doesn't necessarily equate to a reflection to this in share price? again that does not equate to no value.
3.What price do you put on the coal assets? again that does not equate to no value.
4.what even are the coal assets in any depth.? Again your question does not equate to no value...
5.You mention KAT and MAST their percentage in former has been eroded.? Again this does not equate to no value.
6.Will need significant investment for development.? Again this does not equate to no value.
7.And the latter have not published the debt contained within the SPVS so how can it be fairly valued.? Again this does not equate to no value.
8. Theres a reason the market values this as it does? Again this does not equate to no value
9. And why is there no buying? Again this does not equate to no value.
10.Even from Directors? Again this does not equate to no value.
11. Or LTH.? Even if true this does not equate to no value...
12.Stating red flags abound.? Again does not equate to no value even on a break up of Kibo”

DPR - why ever would there be a breakup?

That wouldn’t be in line with keeping the lifestyle co as a going concern and you also mention in the interest of shareholders, but when has that ever been the case with a lifestyle co anyway?

And you haven’t answer my questions.

DPR - because this is the AIM market and asset value “on paper” doesn’t necessarily equate to a reflection of this in the share price.

What price do you put on the coal assets? What even are these coal assets in any depth?

@Frankandbeans

The company has listed assets in Mast Energy and Katro Gold that exceed the Kibo market cap.

The coal assets have some value, albeit not anything like the balance sheet value.

Mast has huge future potential, so why are you convinced there is no value even on a break up of kibo?
