AimCHUMP ‘tis you that is being pedantic. You clearly stated that they were free shares, now you are conceding that they were given instead of cash, they therefore have a cash value and are not FREE. I assume by the lateness of your reply that it took all night to think that explanation up - a wasted night if I might say.

UKN the shares were given instead of cash stop being such a pedantic about it as you know what the clear point is that the shares were given at x price and can be sold at y price for cash it doesn't matter if it's a loss on paper it's still converting shares to cash what do you think Has been done previously for similar transaction!

There are several people that thought of you as a decent bloke, and put aside the comments since you turned negative on Kibo but those comments, taking pleasure out of others failure are bang out of order. We have had sensible discussions with different opinions before, but those comments have really mugged you off. I almost feel sorry for you acting like that, I expect it from some of the idiots on here but I thought you were actually a decent fella, obviously not ☹️

How many have been mugged on the RNS's this week? Payment in shares -----spike -----sell. Only thing that will happen here is LC gets paid, shareholders foot the bill.Anyone in here is gambling and has no idea about lifestyle companies and the transfer of wealth.
