Good stuff. They were quite good in my case. My ex employer's scheme took a bit of time but I got there at the end!

Anyone else think a few egos selling out in order to claim they bought back in a new tranche!! So funny.... So emotionally invested... It just wont stop the slide... there is no one willing to buy in to Kibo in serious values..

Event the pension warriors wont stop the slide... I wonder what this would have been sat at without those couple of retail investors..

Any good will has evaporated.. Plenty of money making opportunities to trade elsewhere... even on Aim..

10% dilution via placing or loan fees.... needs to really given the cash balances and clarification for requirement of short term funding to maintain going concern basis in the Annual report...

SONIC/ BIONIC I feel you should get out there and do a survey once again and let us know how many people are watching KIBO even though they are not buying the stock as it's quite possible this might be the most popular now out of 3,600 Stocks.( LOL )

AIM-listed Kibo Mining’s progress on the finalising its coal project in Tanzania has been slower than expected, although the mineral explorer remains satisfied overall with meeting its strategic objectives.
Chief executive Louis Coetzee said that the company was “very satisfied” with its progress on meeting its strategic objectives for the first quarter of 2017, although progress on finalising the Mbeya coal to power project’s power purchase agreement with the Tanzanian government was “slower than we had hoped”.
He remained upbeat and said that in recent weeks“significant progress” had been made.
The company is currently in talks with the Tanzanian Government following the results of its integrated bankable feasibility study and said it is “well placed” to conclude deal on a power purchase agreement after the completion of Tanzanian Electric Supply Company restructuring and Minister of Energy and Minerals policy changes.
Kibo also said that it is preparing for the financial close on the Mbeya project

So ESIA, SML and PPA all delivered tomorrow as Tz govt decide Kibo is the perfect model company to work in Tanzania for the benefit of the country?? The govt use this to show their support of the international investment community and the Kibo blue chip partners provide sound-bites supporting the project and by implication the Tz govt

What impact to the current Share price?
Where will / who will provide the cash required to keep Kibo going for the next 3 years? to spend on the continued expenditure (lets call it £10mm) even in this scenario?

I would point out I am not convinced this will happen.. The govt are debating the budgets and it really looks like they have many many distractions which will be seen to progress an prospective international mining company at a time when they are laying more and more policy reviews and safeguards to protecting Tanzania's interests...

TIME IS AGAINST THE COMPANY AND THE share price WILL DRIP DRIP AWAY.. simply no support.. step down from the 5s to the 4s and soon the 3s.......

I'm not an actuary ! I suppose I should have said the NPV value is for a 25 yr annuity at the discount rate. And I meant that there seemed little point in an institution paying the full price for an annuity which depends on a utility performing to plan over a long period. Alternatively you could say that any institution wouldn't want to tie up its capital for 25 years but wants his return in a risky (as is usual for miners) country more quickly. Hence he won't pay anything like the price for an annuity (The same is true for Sirius which is well below its theoretical NPV - (even if not yet all financed) - and it is in the UK !)
It was a long time ago when fellow students took the actuarial exams and as I wasn't one I can't remember any details. All know is they went off somewhere to sit them.
As for your example, it's the same. There isn't a 'profit' of 200 because you haven't discounted it. Instead there is an annuity over 10 years with an irr of 21%. That's the way an investor would look at it.
