29/10/2022 17:54 | You can’t justify the investment case here at all, much past regurgitating variations of “strong buy”. You are obviously out of your depth if you can’t even argue your corner when challenged. | frankandbeans
29/10/2022 13:29 | Why TF would any investor in Kibo Energy wish to justify there holding to a non holding agenda posting trollPMSL#Strong Buy! | guitars4stars
29/10/2022 07:52 | What about my post comes across remotely frantic? You are just desperate to smear anyone with a differing view to you, because you can’t actually justify your investment here, but it’s quite easy to list the red flags. Says it all really. | frankandbeans
28/10/2022 23:48 | Oh rather frantic writing Frankie BabyRemember my non holding failed agenda posting friend Float Float onCounting sheep is equally calming if it helps you to:Float & Float onSleep tight & leave it to people wearing big boy pantsPMSL | guitars4stars

28/10/2022 18:44 | Well look at the fragile ego’s rattle and bluster. Hilarious, no really, you are all hilarious. In the wrong job(s). Should be in a circus. | frankandbeans
28/10/2022 17:43 | Me old beans, Frankly if I didn't think there was a turnaround possibility, I would have sold out by now. And no, no connections in music industry. Have connections in other industries and countries though! Frankandbeans 28 Oct '22 - 17:17 - 7457 of 7460 The point is Yaki do you really think that this is some sort of fabulous turnaround opportunity? That with all your connections in the music industry that you are going to get someone to invest in this, sans the current BOD? If someone could have easily monetised this they would have a long time ago, that’s why the BOD haven’t been able to thus far but have happily claimed remuneration through placing after placing after placing. Surely you noticed? | yaki
28/10/2022 17:38 | @F&B I know I can do better than some of current clowns. If you want to know more about than private message me ,....but of course you won't because you are anonymous sad little troll! | dpr1881

28/10/2022 16:45 | Me old mucker "...think that they can do better than the current BOD" I don't think is that hard to raise 40-50m and turn it into 5m company! Frankandbeans 28 Oct '22 - 16:28 - 7453 of 7454 You know it’s amateur hour when a gaggle of PI’s that have been stuck in a co for years think that they can do better than the current BOD, and even hatch an ingenious plot to boot, but then feel the need to drop hints and suggestions pertaining to it all over social media. Amateur at best. | yaki
28/10/2022 16:32 | Whether you withdraw resolutions or publish the humiliating results the effect is the same.... LC NO LONGER HAS AUTHORITY TO ISSUE SHARES The simple fact is the LC doesn't have enough support to carry a special resolution even if everyone voted. The risk of further dilution is now gone. A Great day for shareholders seeking to have a say on how the company is run. More good days will come soon! | dpr1881

28/10/2022 15:32 | There is no technical difficulty but rather a fundamental problem with the Euroclear system. LC used this to advantage to prevent an EGM being convened. It has now come back to bite him and he has now lost control. Tick Tock! | dpr1881
28/10/2022 15:30 | Wilfully ignore / obstruct those that take a different view perhaps more accurate? Certainly of the numpty posters on this board that thinks that your opinion matters more if you a shareholder. Alas that’s not the case, or is this a board JUST for shareholders to air their views, much as some would like it to be an echo chamber for their positive ramping. | frankandbeans
28/10/2022 14:43 | you accept all votes that are duly registered with share registrar. Obviously for that to happen the instructions need to get to the registrar. To get there, my understanding is that beneficial owner needs to instruct the broker, the broker than passes it to a voting provider, voting provider passes it to Eurclear and Euroclear passes it to registrar. As you can see quite a long chain. I am not sure why last year's agm wasn't adjourned. As same issue existed then! cj41 28 Oct '22 - 14:32 - 7448 of 7448 I am not sure it’s legal to accept some votes regardless of whether they are special or ordinary resolutions and cancel the rest. Either the votes cast are accepted or not. They can’t pick and choose. If there are technical issues which negate the validity of special resolutions surely by definition the ordinary resolutions are also null and void. | yaki

28/10/2022 14:29 | it is technical and admin nightmare with Euroclear but has been the case for last 2.5 years+, since Euroclear changes were implemented due to Brexit. SO this is the SECOND year when agm resolutions are voted using that system! And for some reason, BoD just realised that it was a problem. Anyone has any idea why it took two years? cj41 28 Oct '22 - 14:21 - 7446 of 7446 Is there actually a technical problem or is the BOD just cancelling the results of votes that it doesn’t like? | yaki
