17/5/2022 11:56 | RTOK Very surprised that you are still peddling the short seller story. Main short sellers here have been the bucket shop KIBO brokers who were fed lower and lower priced shares by hapless KIBO BoDs. In the tune of several bln, like 1000% increase of number of shares. ALl for not a single penny earned! RTOK 17 May '22 - 11:51 - 9231 of 9231 I’m calling you out short selling clowns: Frankandbeans iamthebest lurker5 I know you. 17/5/2022 08:59 | RTOK "Do the shares to be issued to Broomfield have a different value to the ones I hold?" What do you mean by 'value' Mr RTOK ? Or are you talking about 'price' Just to make it simple for you (in simple round numbers). 1) Before Brownfield 3bn shares 'valued' in the market at £4.8m. 2) 2 bn shares issued at 5p to 'buy' Brownfied. Whatis their 'value' ? LC says @ 0.5p so they are 'valued' at £10m. 3)Total shares 5bn. Total 'value' £14.8m. ie average 'price' 0.296p. 4) where did the 0.5p 'relist' price come from then ? 5) Ah ! LC 'says so' 6) Just as he 'said' ALL the 188m shares in issue afer the MAST float were 'valued' at 12.5p. When in fact only 1/4 of them had been 'priced' in the market at 12.5p by inexperienced, small, pi clients of a spread-bet broker with no track record in equity shares and bought by those pi's before the official flotation, so avoiding the ususal scrutiny by the FCA of the 'listing' (not a cash raising) document. Another 1/4 were the shares issued at a lower 'price' for Bordersley. And the other 1/2 brought in with themselves almost nil value - being spare 'Sloane' shares swilling around and co-opted into the new MAST. (I simplify) 6) So what was the 'value' MAST brought to the market ? Work it out. And look at what has happened to MAST shares since their 'float' at 12.5p. Lo and Behold ! They are now 3.75p. Why would that be do you suppose ? 7) The fact is that the 12.5p LC 'deemed' was the 'price' at the flotation, was bogus. Just like every other bogus (ie 30p) price he has bribed various 'analysts' to come up with for Kibo at various times, from Doh!fort and First Equity among others. 8) So why do you think Kibo has now co-opted that arch share price booster 'ACF Research' to justify whatever exaggerated and bogus share price he will 'deem' the relisted Kibo should have ? (Hint: ACF research was also co-opted to produce a widely derided and grotesquely exaggerated 'target' price for Eurasia Mining whose chairman is - Why Hello ! Kibo chairman Schaffalitsky ! 9) I'll comment on how bogus will be ACF's 'calculations' when LC quotes them to justify whatever 'value' he 'deems' the new Kibo will have. | ![]() lurker5

17/5/2022 07:41 | RNS Louis Coetzee, CEO of Kibo Energy, commented: "As Kibo is aggressively rolling out its Sustainable and Renewable Energy Strategy, we are delighted to announce this dynamic arrangement with a leading flow battery producer. The development of a large project pipeline ready for immediate execution is the main pivot on which the FA hinges. Being able to draw upon the expertise and proven products of CellCube will fill a mission - critical gap in the Kibo value proposition. In this regard, we are proud to have entered into this partnership, thereby positioning Kibo in a unique position to explore its pipeline of energy storage projects in cooperation with a technology and market leader in future-proof storage solutions. We look forward to working with CellCube in this regard. The growing energy market in SADC and particularly the energy starved South Africa, makes the case for energy storage more viable." | ![]() uknighted
