Presumably you know these Directors names to be championing them? what are there names so I can research and see if they are as good as you say.? Best revert back to clown comments i would suggest as seems to me you do not know at present, only yaks and co and do not see them championing them like you.

Sorry had some actual stuff to do and it actually deserved an answer.

I was going to say:
Could, yes - It’s the right type of question to ask, as 5p or 25p valuation depends on this - but this isn’t an acquisition where LC can just do what he likes. If shareholders don’t approve it doesn’t proceed.

But there you go again

“ Do the shares to be issued to Broomfield have a different value to the ones I hold? No. “

Are you being deliberately obtuse or are you really that pig headed that you cannot see what the glaring issue and concern is here?

I haven’t actually said they are good - a huge improvement on the existing is a different thing.

IATB at risk of repeating myself and getting everyone angry again, to answer your question yes buy if you can at 5p - I expect we’ll see 15p within a month of the relist and 25p by the time it is clear that Broomfield will be appointing the next CEO. My interest probably ends at that point

Kibo will acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Brownhill International Limited ("Brownhill") and shareholder loan claims against Brownhill (the "Transaction") which holds the Project through its wholly owned subsidiary Power Ventures (Private) Limited. The Transaction will be for a consideration of GBP 10,000,000, payable in new ordinary shares of Kibo at an issue price of 5p per share, following an intended 1 for 10 share consolidation as part of the Transaction (equivalent to 0.5p pre consolidation).

Brownhill was incorporated for the sole purpose of being the holding company for Power Ventures (Private) Limited and the Project. There are no other assets within Brownhill apart from the de minimis share capital on incorporation. For the financial year ended 31 December 2021 , Power Ventures (Private) Limited reported a loss after tax of US $228,249, total assets of US $7,702,779 and net assets of US $459,841. The service contracts of any proposed directors are yet to be finalized and further detail on this will be included in the AIM Admission Document.

You can read can you not?

I see no reason for you to create an account and post here if it’s not to discuss the company, instead you are trying to mislead users of this board with tales of fancy, and avoiding entering into any debate.

Very suspicious indeed.

RTOK you are a manipulative snake.

You are here for your own gains and to try to sow seeds, and misrepresent.

Deny it.

And is Kibo worth materially more post RTO with this project, new directors and new leadership than continuing in its current decline to non-existence?

Yes, absolutely.

It isn’t a £10m investment though. It’s 30% of future Kibo. Kibo that 100% is worth £4.8m now.

So would I give up £1.5m in equity for this project, new directors and new leadership?

Yes, absolutely.

All these accounts using the same phases and words. Twisting words to mean something else. Speaking for others. Aligned to discredit and distract from what’s important. Either the same person, colluding or so inbred you can no longer think freely.

I've been looking at case sudies for 40 yrs Mr RTOK. You say you play 'percentages' - in other words you're a gambler. Not an investor or an analyst. Just a spiv. - trying to manipulate your 'percentage' on here. Understanding nothing of the circumsances, you've no other reason to be here.

… and back to pointless self justifying waffle. lurker5 I’ve seen your analysis for many years, sometimes on a more glamorous platform than this - the assumption that I don’t understand the history or inflated expectations just because you haven’t seen me post here before is wrong. They are an important part of getting value out of my trades and cannot be included in a discounted cash flow. I play the percentages - Maybe this will be a zero in the end, many are, but the potential is there. IATB rather than fantasy minerals why don’t you look at some real case studies see if they fit any of my babblings about how and when valuations relevant to this case are understood by the market.

ROTOK. You make the juvenile mistake of thinking (maybe stemming from some business school generalisation)that every RTO/relist perhaps with new management will lead to a revitalised strategy and rating. Anyone sensible will know that will depend on the individual circumstances. You've made no effort to understand the circumstances here, the history, the underlying business and how it works and its inherent profiability/funding needs, or LC's history of bogus promises. You're the one whose inexperience is going to get you burned.
