Why are you avoiding discussing the shareholder loan claims?

The perspective of what you post on Melvin guy is interesting. A talented individual who lost a billion a day.

How did he allow himself to get in that position. What couldn’t he see about the share he was an expert in?

Fundamentally what took that share from $4 to $120.

Can you see it?

It’s a loaded question so give it at least a little thought.

As a clue, Melvin lost that money on 28th August 2020, he just didn’t realise for a while.

He did deliberately mislead at a shareholder event, (details available. He could of course plead innumeracy and inability to undersand the figures he was spouting !) ) Apart from that a no of my complaints to the nomad and the FCA markets team have been ignored)
