Just out of curiosity guys: what does it mean if KIBI is indefinitely suspended.. would shareholders ever get they money back. I don’t presume this is not a normal insolvency so how does it work?

LC has form in grotesquely overvaluing what he uses shareholders' funds to buy. MAST and Bordersley are key examples - Mast 4 times what any competent person would have paid if not for the fact LC got a bucket shop with tiny spread bet clients (no experience in equities) to pay up - before listing with a 'prospectus' the FCA similarly warned was 4-times over valued. He did the same with all his Kibo coal wheezes. - always using dodgy 'analysts' who he paid (with sharehoders money) to put forward almost fraudulent and certainly incompetent arguments. Don't imagine he will change his methods this time.

Sounds like the usual punters aren’t buying it. Let’s see if they miss tommorows deadline, otherwise this could very well remain suspended for a very long time, perhaps even indefinitely.

Plenty of those around.

All clinging to their golden tickets.

PMSL.

Hilarious!

You know what SIB, not everyone posts every day on a share thread in which they have no pecuniary interest, and, at the same time, revelling in what they perceive to be others misfortunes. That takes a certain type of individual to do that, make up your own appropriate description.

But Lurker they had a fool proof plan! They had an Excel spreadsheet and everything! What could have gone wrong?

Seems that it’s not going ahead, funny really that LC hasn’t foreseen such a move given the previous veto and put certain obstacles in place.

Of course, the mooted total share holdings of certain vocal individuals may not have added up quite as expected.

Great how a TR1 doesn’t have to disclose when they fall below a notifiable level on Irish registered companies isn’t it.

Very handy indeed.

Likes of LC (an ace lawyer of course) know how to defeat SHAGS. Just dilute them, and wave away like flies.

Is the SHAG group no longer perusing the removal of directors? How goes the negotiations with the company to prevent the gross dilution that’s bearing down as we speak? Or isn’t he answering his email?

@Iamthebest Sadly the Euroclear terms and conditions allow directors who do not enjoy the confidence of shareholders to frustrate the intentions of company law. Clearly they must be operating in a parallel universe. Keep the faith.

And like on MAST there will be quite a few of the bucket shop whipping boys out trying to offload those shares onto other mugs.

Once they are done they move on to the next assignment.

If you take a look at the MAST LSE board around the time that was being pumped it’s quite interesting to see accounts like “eyeguy” to name but one bleating on about income streams etc and not to miss out, but then they stopped posting once it stalled and started it’s downward spiral.

Obviously didn’t grasp the concept.

Rinse and repeat.
