04/4/2021 09:21 | Perhaps after a successful MED IPO Louis might get a taste for delivering projects rather than just starting them. | gb904150
01/4/2021 11:35 | Well Mr Bean with Easter etc there's only 6 full trading days left for folks to be in before the list of MAST and first production. This is what folks can expect: Louis Coetzee, CEO of Kibo, said, "With strong institutional and retail support having raised in excess of GBP5m, MED now looks forward to listing on the London Stock Exchange on 14 April 2021. Thereafter, it will hit the ground running, rapidly building production and strengthening its position as a key energy provider supporting the UK's transition to renewable energy." Regards, Ed. | edgein

30/3/2021 08:25 | Micell, KIBO will remain majority shareholder of MAST/MED once listed holding 55.4% of the issued shares. KIBO holders will benefit as it grows its production and cash flow and will eventually be in a position to pay dividends to shareholders, including KIBO in the future. So KIBO will benefit in two ways, increasing MAST share price as it grows to 300MW capacity and also eventually from cash flow. So its very similar to the equity position that KIBO holds in KAT also. The difference being MAST is very close to being a cash generative subsidiary of KIBO, Blyvoor will hopefully follow that at some point too which KIBO has an indirect interest in through KAT. LC's plan seems to be to remain majority shareholder in MAST. Fast paced growth plans for it over the next couple of years too. Sure we're all looking forward to KIBO's interests/value growing. MAST about to list and our share is worth more than the current cap, KAT over due news on Blyvoor and Haneti, and then there's 3 elephants in the room with the huge national scale CTP projects. Only a matter of time until some of this is reflected in the share price. Regards, Ed. | edgein
30/3/2021 08:16 | Pardon my ignorance, but I need some clarification please: Is MED Kibo? Will it be a different share entirely or do I look forward to my Kibo interests growing? | micell
29/3/2021 14:12 | Thanks Ed. Much appreciated. | smcl
29/3/2021 13:59 | smcl, Coal is still the cheapest form of stable energy and so when many western and developed countries such as China are using them it would be a little unfair to suggest that African countries shouldn't. Sepco suggests using clean coal technology, probably carbon capture etc so its not a problem and these African countries that KIBO operate in, especially Tanz need energy. Also MAST burning gas is also cleaner than the coal or diesel alternatives. Well if KIBO/MAST want to get into the current popular areas of renewables/energy storage as well as the reserve power market then that's a good thing. If the EV boom takes off as planned then there's going to be a lot of money made for those involved in upgrading the UK power capacity/production/ Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/3/2021 12:52 | Ed- what's your view on the acceptability of coal fired plant currently and also their comments on integrating renewables? Thanks. | smcl
29/3/2021 12:43 | Bean, The £8m barely does justice to the African coal reserves and the 3 national scale coal to power projects let alone MAST or KAT holdings. Share price should be well north of 1p. Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/3/2021 12:33 | Worst ceo Louis is useless | richardp19
29/3/2021 12:21 | Absolute tosh as usual.Prospectus .... the company has on admission irrevocably raised £5,540,000 by the issue of 44,320,000 ordinary shares which have been issued, conditional on admission, at £0.125 per ordinary share ....admission is agreed for 14th April | sirianbotham
29/3/2021 12:18 | G4S, KIBO has now imminent production through the MAST subsidiary too, coming online with 9MW and rising to 20MW within the first 6 months and onward and upwards from there. We may even hear something about Haneti or Blyvoor in the mean time, fingers crossed. MAST share price should do well over the next 12-24 months with their rising production. Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/3/2021 11:07 | And meanwhile.... Kibo Energy holders enjoy a rising share price that remains stupendously undervalued!!!Enjoy the re rating that will follow shortly in my view holders :) Cheers! | guitars4stars |
