g1 your quote says “ The company decided not to pay an interim dividend, same to the year prior”.
For the record, the company has never paid a dividend, because it has never made a profit.
I’m sure you are aware that unless a Court’s permission is granted, it is not permissible to pay a dividend out of capital.
What is the source of your quote?

Well there's that and also Sloane/MED is overdue its listing and there's pretty much no stopping Haneti drilling at present and Blyvoor is close to financial close (after a significant reserve upgrade). So take your pick.
