Someone tell the Bandit don't bother doing any webinar as he normally decimates the share price when he opens his mouthJust a thought but a worthwhile oneTheMICE

Not a lot of stock available to buy at the moment. Been doing dummy buys and could buy millions earlier but cant even get a quote for 25k just now.
I blame G4S!

Ed,
MED and/or PPA would be very nice. Any sign of value and sight of first revenue - will be transformational here!

Yaki,

Was thinking the same thing, perhaps they'll have MED sorted or first PPA by then. Not long to wait. LC must want to talk about something. :)

Daar,

Circa 4m cap around 96m shares in KAT which should increase in value dramatically when they complete on Blyvoor. MED due to list this Q, a bit of an unknown entity, raising at least £1.7m to fund a second power plant, due to be on production near term too. We'll just have to see what that is worth to KIBO.

First equity have an NPV of $1.9bn on the national scale CTP projects and they're moving ahead. PPAs and the EPC will be a game changer for KIBO. Also a little longer term too is the drilling of the massive Haneti prospect, that feature to be drilled is around 80kms in length, even if a part of that is mineralised at commercial grades it'll send KAT racing off.

So price targets 1p looks fairly easy and low target and multiple pence is possible on progress of the massive CTPs. If KAT and MED go as planned over the next 6 months then 2p could be on the cards too. If the market values in all of the CTP projects in their early stage, coal assets, MED, KAT etc and a good wind, regardless of warrants, then a return to 4.25p and a completion of the bowl isn't impossible.

Regards,
Ed.

Well done matey

With this webinar business, I think the broker is indicating that the overhang is gone and newsflow is imminent.

Let's hope is the case!

Also lets not forget kibo have Wimmer waiting in the wings to the tune of $900m in project funding "Company signed an engagement letter with UK based private investment bank, Wimmer Financial LLP, for the provision and structuring of an up to USD 900 million debt financing package for the development of all the Company's African coal projects save for the MCPP where Wimmer will not enjoy exclusivity on project funding." Lets get this PPA & EPC signed. Gl

Cj41 - point being lots of potential upside from this paltry mkt cap if things go right. There is no hard and fast rule about where this could go in terms of mkt cap, its AIM for a starters and arguably it can be irrational in both directions. If KIBO is oversold here at 4m then when it goes in the other direction it can also overshoot towards the good. Who knows it could be 30m or 300m at any given point on the right trigger. Kibos combined project NPV is huge circa £1.5bn so lots of scope here. For perspective EUA is currently £800m less than a year ago it was circa £10m.

"First Equity Research Note as published on 28 November 2018 and available on Kibo's website, estimated the Company's combined projects' NPV at that time at US$1.9bn"

£50m with after dilution shares of c3.5billion gives a share price of closer to 1.4p than 2.5/3p. The market cap will need to be £100m to achieve a share price of 3p. That's before any equity investor participation. I would assume LC uses at least the remainder of the 5 billion for that, and probably more. Just keeping it real.

Agreed. On the positive - KIBO has plenty of cash (for now) and the 1bln will bring another 3.7m in cash

On CLN - I think disastrous move to arrange one- pay 20% upfront and then cancel it a month later. Absolutely incompetent!

1bn warrants which if exercised will bring in a boat load of cash to kibo coffers and if they are delivering at this point then it'll move to a fairer mkt cap which arguably should be in excess of £50m (2.5/3p) for starters. It will need things to go well but theres a combined project npv of over £1bn here and if just some of these start to come in then we aren't talking small fry so 100m wouldn't look out of place either at some stage, arguably that will be cheap vs npv if things are on point. 0.5 isn't a bad near term target but it only equates to circa 10m mcap and you can find early exploration plays like pow ecr rock valued more than this. They'll be a tipping point when things start to take off here just on sheer size of projects imo so despite sentiment right now it can change very quickly, i've seen this too many times on AIM. Its concievable this will return to previous hieghts in the not too distant and thats still cheap really. Caveat things need to go well. The termination of the CLN is a smart move and I think a precursor to a rerate. Right now is the time to be picking bombed out resource/energy stocks as money is flowing back in this sector and these big clunky projects will get made. Look at EUA no one wanted it at 0.40 not the case at 30p and we even share a Chairman in CS. Gl
