29/9/2020 08:16 | OBT As I haven't issued an updated TR1, I still must be holding anything between 4%-5% oil be there 28 Sep '20 - 20:07 - 3937 of 3945 0 1 0 Yaki do you still own shares in Kibo? and if so how many? I know you used to own a good % of the company. | yaki

29/9/2020 06:52 | Post from LSE, .50p initial target given. HawaiifiveO Posts: 2,040 Price: 0.235 No Opinion I calculate 600m shares have been traded since the placing on the 17th, around 25% of the share capital, a decent proportion of the placing has been flipped before expected news therefore . If news comes it is entirely possible for daily trading volume to reach 300m-400m, a good example is ALBA (I bought in around .31p after the .27p placing) the shares are now .52p, around 1.2b shares were traded after placing (again about 25% of the share capital) before the strong rise. On a like for like basis I would suggest KIBO are primed to move, ongoing placing selling should be overwhelmed by buyers, once the remaining placing shares have cleared (remember not all 725m will be sold) then there should be very little resistance to .35p and then I see .50p as attainable. The bulk of warrants are priced from .40p with a 3 year vest, so no forward selling worries. In all a good technical level to buy and of course some news is anticipated, it will only take LC to deliver one decent RNS to drive volume and increase value, he has 3 or 4 chances ! Of course you never know LC could actually deliver (1st time for everything) good news on multiple fronts, in which case it will be happy days for the long term holders as well. Time will tell. | goldenshread
28/9/2020 23:30 | Now now G4S you should be humble when proven to be in the wrong, and from looking at the other threads on here you called it wrong so many times it's not even funny. You must have lost a packet! | cl0ckw0rk0range
28/9/2020 22:45 | Yes I'm sure you hold lots of these shares or "golden tickets" as you put it but at much much higher averages than anyone buying now. Karma or coincidence I wonder? Rhetorical question, don't get up "chump". | cl0ckw0rk0range

28/9/2020 19:03 | Not sure a broker will care too much if they are making 10-20% on £1.4m in a few days. If HNW customers are paying a 10% premium on the placing share price then I would assume that the HNW customer may have looked at it as more than a punt. The brokers just seem to flip as quickly as they can. Thats what they do. But we can't avoid the fact that with a £4m MCap it is very low in comparison to the NAV. | rogerramjett
28/9/2020 18:38 | Also any views on why we haven't had any updated holding rns for KIBO's 2 largest shareholders who supported the placing? - Sandersons and Spreadex?!? "...We are also particularly pleased to have received support from our two biggest shareholders for the placing and restructuring of the Company's funding arrangements and both have once again reassured Kibo of their continued support and firm belief in Kibo and its strategy." Mmmm, let me think. Could it be because they dumped the shares? great way of showing their support!!! | yaki
28/9/2020 18:35 | roger, it is usually broker's clients - discretionary and non discretionary. I have been offered shares many times by First Equity and others. Also took part in KIBO's previous placing Bucket shop brokers business model is to lure HNW investors, use their money to raise capital for the corporates, and flip immediately for 10-20% The fact that Kibo's broker is not holding on the shares, shows how little confidence they have that KIBO will deliver rogerramjett 28 Sep '20 - 18:00 - 3932 of 3933 Yaki. Who does actually get to buy the shares at the placing price. The placing was succesful in raising £1.45m at a price of 0.2p through ETX capital. That tells me that the only one to get the shares at the placing price was ETX. So any high volume trades over 0.2p such as those you have stated are most likely the broker parting with those placing shares which they paid 0.2p for. The new owner of those shares will not be looking to sell these at a lower price and I cannot see that this was anything other than a market buyer, buying from the broker placing shares and not a dump sale from the open market. | yaki
28/9/2020 18:03 | We only need to look at the MCap to realise that there is huge upside potential in relation to the NAV | rogerramjett

28/9/2020 17:50 | I see the resident derampers continue to create negativity! Agenda agenda.. Let's not mention the 10m buy in and amongst!!! Agenda agenda. | tonytony4
28/9/2020 17:26 | And another 27.5m dump at 0.2229p explains why all the ramping on Twitter and bulletin boards. Helping the bucket shop broker to flip the shares Funnily enough, most of the posts from today on the other side, mysteriously disappeared?!? | yaki
28/9/2020 17:06 | Explained how easy it was to buy today Yaki :) | guitars4stars
28/9/2020 16:52 | 37m dump just published nice 8k earner for whoever was privileged to get the shares for 0.2p and they have free warrants at 0.25p too | yaki
28/9/2020 16:30 | Based on all the buying - like G4S's 20m - shows how much value KIBO BoD managed to destroy by issuing tons of confetti And we still have the 1.2b warrants, like 400m of them are at 0.25p. Honestly, I can't see us going very far from the 0.25p level, with 1bln+ shares held by KIBO's backers - the bucket shop broker I hope I am wrong, for my and all holders' sake | yaki
28/9/2020 16:19 | Hope you're still playing and having fun :) | guitars4stars
