Was hoping for a dead cat bounce but even that looks too hopeful so we're out :-((

Not sure what the plan is here for KIBO.

They will probably need more 'working capital' soon but not sure how they would raise it. Perhaps call an EGM, consolidate shares 10:1 and when the new share price hits 4p then do a fundraise at 2p?

Anyway, GLTA, DYOR and best to be realistic as to what may happen here (probably quite soon?!) ;-))

They can replace this Bandit though running the show.

This Geezer couldn't run a BATH

Let me know when the next investor meeting is and I'll take his lights out

Stop the comedy show LC as you are making a big fool of yourself

True

They might not need to do so.

Or might change the par value next month at the agm

On the share price here.

Judging by no response from the company and knowing how tight LC's ship, nothing has been leaked which is bad.

We seemed to have a seller - either Shumba or more likely Sands, who need or keen on selling.

So best is probably for them to try to place. In the meantime, I don't see any point buying shares here, no matter what are the fundamentals, until the seller(s) are out.

I am waiting for 0.3-0.5p, and then might buy. Unless the selling stops or we get massive news

On KEFI

I don't follow them but they must have had their reasons. I understand they need a lot of capex for their mine, so maybe equity needs issuing

Yaki - Yes, might solve the problem, although whether legals are different for Kibo I don't know. It avoids signalling distress to the market quite so markedly, but there'll still be dilution fo Kibo, whereas Kefi didn't need cash.

So here a question now they have move their ramping from MCPP to the Moz project how do they make a coal power station with no coal supply? How can they buy a coal supply for the power plant life with no monies? You think any government will agree to a power plant that cannot be fired?! Dreamland.

Dave GUITAR4STARS LAGUNAB I did not say I lost 'a packet' as you have lied below in your post I said I had been misled into making a purchase by rampers from your closed happy clappy ramping group and I did not disclose the amount so stop trying to make it out that people here that are warning others of the likes of you and your under water friends desperate to keep the price proppped up are paid to post etc and try to belittle any thing which is not positive! You tell people story's and make believe to get them to buy in all the way from 9p down you are either desperate or deluded!

Lurker,You're a repetitive genius in your own mind which is fantastic I guess... for effect do you overuse hysterical lines like Mr Twang or do you think it adds weight to your - I made it back elsewhere, no really I did make it back elsewhere.... mantra?Lol

Mr Twang gets it wrong again. I've said I made up all my early losses on Kibo (5 yrs back) and more ! - through trading on his mates's lemmings' spikes ! (Thanks for those spikes Mr Twang) ie I learned about LC's fantasy world early on. And Mr Twang ? Never learns it seems, or even remembers what's been said many times before.

Regarding earlier discussion we had here about nominal value being higher than current price, a recent example from KEFI which removed that obstacle

hxxps://www.kefi-minerals.com/files/announcements/notice-of-annual-general-meeting-28-june-2019.pdf

"...each of the existing issued ordinary shares of 1.7p each in the capital of the Company ("Existing Ordinary
Shares") be subdivided into one new ordinary share of 0.1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") and one
deferred share of 1.6p each ("Deferred Shares")"

"...the New Ordinary Shares will have the same rights and be subject to the same restrictions (save as to
nominal value) as the Existing Ordinary Shares in the Company’s articles of association ("Articles") and the
Deferred Shares will have the rights and be subject to the restrictions attached to Deferred Shares ..."

Problem solved with an agm resolution.
Gives them the flexibility to issue shares at any price above new lower nominal price, IF NEEDED

To answer your question Adrian - two out of the three agenda posters here (AimChimp & Lurker) have self declared they lost a packet in Kibo so one surmises their bitterness runs deep?Rather unhealthy in my mind as better to learn from mistakes and move on? Yet blaming others is a fashionable trait these days even away from the ADVFN Kibo kicking board which is why most of us discuss via a twitter forum the good and ugly parts of our Kibo investment.

Agreed. Hopefully not before much damage is done.

The Sandersons deal was absolute disaster, in terms of dilution. Hopefully last of the bad deals done by Kibo.

I don't understand why people trash this share, can only be for the benefit of derampers. I urge everyone to do research before investing in any share. I think Kibo will come good, patience is the key.
