Powerful stuff and probably right between the eyes compared to the hapless amateurs posting after knock off at Aldi here lol:LagunaB 1,838 postseejits....Great post and the only one worth repeating today: Today 16:34 Price: 4.63 s0n1cb00mb0y 3,450 posts I must admit it seems... ...clear to me. We obviously had completed all the work we required to do for the ESIA and SML 6 months ago at least. We put them into the appropriate approval process at that time and that was RNS'd as being so. There would have been some 2 way interaction questions raised and duly answered during this time. Everything was completed barring the approval. 5 or 6 weeks ago we believed these would be completed shortly and that would have been to the best of LC's knowledge given all the reforms and policy changes were carried through. However, there were obviously further changes coming that JPM was going to invoke as we saw a couple of weeks ago. This is not LC's fault nor did it mean what he said at the time (5 or 6 weeks before) he wasn't the truth but things changed somewhat with further and new legislative changes. 'The work is done, the main vetting and double checking done its now handed up to the top brass as part of the new process to approve. Surely this is as plain as day'? Guitarman you can now kiss any chance of international investment into Tanzania away due to this and in one particular point 3. Uninvestible which is how market is going to be viewing this. Goalpost changed it seems the RNS to explain to investors how it killed project should be good reading.#1 In all mining operations under a Mining Licence or Special Mining Licence, the Government shall have at least a 16% free carried interest in the capital of the mining company.#2 The Government shall be entitled to acquire, in total, up to 50% of the shares in a mining company, commensurate with the quantified value of tax incentives incurred by the Government in favour of the mining company.3 Any earnings from mineral developments must be retained in the banks and financial institutions established in Tanzania.#4 The Government may renegotiate existing Mine Development Agreements ("MDAs") based on such agreements being unconscionable#5 Proceedings or disputes that relate to the extraction, exploitation, acquisition or use of natural wealth and resources must be adjudicated in Tanzania in accordance with the laws of Tanzania6 Mineral rights holders must participate in the growth of the Tanzanian economy by investing a portion of the returns from mining, and satisfy further provisions on local content, corporate social responsibility ("CSR") and the requirement for mineral rights holders to make an integrity pledge

Well that's all the calculations of the power plant just gone out the window with the EDL NEWS.Method of hindsight that's all it ever was and that's all it will ever be.This will now put a different spin on the project and dramatically reduce the share price.I have a target now of 8p - 11p Good luck

1) Political: Multiple policy changes to address systemic corruption and fraud issues in the country : Multiple personnel changes which have been deemed important to key stage of Kibo's progression2) Cash : last 2 sets of financials demonstrate cash approaching empty. Whether you choose to ignore this or not the drawings from Sandersons and the Sepco payments have a limited shelf life. Bullish options to refill would be a) financial close and final payment from Sepco. potential cash boost if Sands decide to convert £1.5mm to shares (obvious dilution and bearish pressure for a while as they sell down) b) early investment from 3rd party, cash however required to progress MCPP not continue funding salaries.Placing / loan (recent MO favours the latter) look more obvious3) Back to Political and the long awaited ESIA... Once received SML application can get into motion.. further delays.. of course bullish argument that these could occur concurrently.. I see no evidence of this. Waiting for anyone to point out the RNS that even says the SML application has been submitted. (its just that the policy that guides states environmental required first...)4) Gold and nickel assets.. a) no cash to progress the nickel and not priority.. b) Gold sold off and project waiting for further development. If consideration was at 6p and bid for Kat at 4.75p and sliding then I can see the investment sat back at original value fairly shortly..5) No director support by buying.. looking to communication through VOX (questionable Q&A session) and ISUK for retail support.. expect it will fade as weeks and months progress..6) LC seeming to alter timelines. confirming Medium to long term benefits - resetting expectationsIt makes me smile that some are fixated with the thoughts that opposing opinions are borne out of jealousy or anger... Quite the opposite..i am looking forward to seeing the opportunity to pick up a stake in Kibo.. just the entry price is far too high.. touch the 2's and 3's and then medium and long term value should be in

Drip drip drip you will see the seller back here again once the liquidity come back as they wanting to keep the price to a certain range that clear how long can you "respected posters" who know no more about what is really going on with the project than you do guitarman and you have already been revealed to know very little just a sad lonely fool watch this drip drip drip more now as licences still are not given and the investors sell up.Where are "respected posters" that we're pushing this and their agenda a year ago? I say they sold and move on. They likely realise the company is having problem finding investor and moreso now with Magufuli taking path towards nationalising and defer investors.
