it looks like there was a lot of profit taking recently- this is deemed solid by techinvest- mostly they say a shake out of weaker holders- anyone with insight comment please - unfortunately somebody needs to tell me what the above chart means in layman's language

Trading view is excellent although can be a bit twitchy with an iMac mouse - heavy handed probably !

PI, lol, better than the confused mass of trendlines that I normally serve up!

Trying out the html charts that advfn are buying in from Tradingview. [T/V]

ADVFN sets up the T/V charts differently to those available from T/V direct.

The candles on ADVFN charts are shaped by MID prices [plus open and close] while T/V direct uses the last reported trade. [plus open and close] I have been running both side by side for a while.

bruce, Confirmation is, according to Bulkowski, an eod close outside the trendlines.

I do however agree more volume would be a great help toward the tp. I have been trying to build up a holding here for some time, and may be guilty of being impatient. Support is not far below though, at approx 720 ish.

Bamboo - don't we need to see an increase in volume to confirm a breakout from the falling wedge?

"Small-cap focus: IT service groups haul businesses into digital age

Groups such as Keywords Studios.........have benefited from rapid growth

Keywords Studios is not a typical IT services company but works for the video gaming industry to develop more technologically advanced games. This means it acts like an outsourced producer for augmented and virtual reality, testing and providing support once games go live.

The Dublin-based company is listed in London and has attracted 21 of the largest 25 video game publishers as clients, including Electronic Arts, Activision Blizzard, Tencent, Konami, Sony and Ubisoft. It has also worked with Oculus and Google.

Its more than 1,500 employees translate stories into different languages and make sure they are culturally adapted for players around the world. The company’s share price has almost doubled from the 2013 float price, to £2.67. The group last year bought Mindwalk for $5.5m, giving it access to the rapidly growing Chinese market.

“Keywords’ DNA is in reducing complexity for publishers, demand for which is likely to increase further as augmented reality and artificial reality is developed” said Neil Campling, global head of technology, media and telecommunications research at Northern Trust Capital Markets. Pre-tax profits rose 85 per cent to €9.4m in the year to December 31 2016."

panic inv, agreed, I have 50% retrace on daily chart at 721.5 and historical support 720-730

From a pattern pov, chart has completed H&S to target, concurrently forming a Falling Wedge. Price needs eod close above approx 759 to confirm an upbreak.

Still a charting novice but this looks like its bouncing off the 50% retrace on the weekly and daily chart.

Should see a move up soon

You cynic :o))

In the context of the long-term chart this is hopefully merely a consolidation prior to the next leg up.

More of a general pull back for higher PE growth companies than anything aimed at #KWS. Highly rated Blue Sky stocks have been hit the hardest. Fundamentals remain the same and I continue to hold.
