17/11/2016 07:55 | I had a hunch that the silly price action earlier in the week was an attempt to shake out stock ahead of good news. Another terrific development. New highs surely beckon. | saucepan
17/11/2016 07:45 | If you look at the makeup of Enzyme - a lot of non fee earners there which will deliver cost savings. | glaws2
17/11/2016 07:40 | Yep. Paying C$5.4m and getting a business earning C$1.3m in return, plus C$2.3m net assets - together with the quoted synergies - seems like a fabulous deal. And highly earnings-enhancing as it's paid for from cash. Well done KWS once again. | rivaldo
17/11/2016 07:15 | Another acquisition, looks great news The acquisition will not only generate considerable cost synergies but it will provide greater scale, flexibility and breadth of services for our combined interactive media clients globally | bigbigdave
15/11/2016 09:59 | Sorry I meant to say shake! And I have added too this morning | davr0s
15/11/2016 09:54 | After the most recent update, an excellent time to top up on weakness in my view and that's what I've done early this morning. I'm taking a long term view here and have been building an increasing holding since June. Obviously I'm relatively new to this share but it's economic moat with relatively few competitors of size, excellent management, trading upgrades, general industry growth, and accretive acquisition opportunities means that I currently rate KWS a very attractive long term investment. I await with interest how this plays out. Regards | blueeyes13
15/11/2016 09:21 | Down 7% on naff all volume. Classic share IMO but still irritating nonetheless | davr0s

08/11/2016 08:45 | Shame they didn't provide a bit more notice - could have at least included the date in yesterday's RNS. Guess they don't want PI's to attend. | glaws2

07/11/2016 15:37 | As I intimated above, and knowing Keywords' track record, I suspect it won't be long before we are also factoring in further earnings enhancing acquisitions :-) | saucepan
07/11/2016 14:48 | So, a minimum of Euros 14m PBT with 15% of the year still to go. I wonder what we could reasonably expect KWS to beat this by? | shanklin
07/11/2016 13:43 | Indeed Nurdin. Numis have now increased their target price to 525p (from 475p): | rivaldo

07/11/2016 12:10 | The IC say Buy this morning as a Tip Update: "IC TIP UPDATES: Shares in Keywords Studios (KWS) leapt 9 per cent after the video-games services group said revenues and adjusted pre-tax profits are on track to exceed the market’s full-year expectations. 07/11/2016 07:46 | supplier concentration ---> one big customer i suspect which could dry up suddenly | abarclay
07/11/2016 07:45 | KWS never had a November trading statement before, must have to be pretty special to put one out. | bigbigdave
07/11/2016 07:37 | :o)) It's great to see supplier consolidation now happening in KWS' sector - as they say, KWS are "uniquely positioned" to win this business given their dominance and spread of activities. | rivaldo
