Have KRS ever issued shares at the nominal face value? I've looked at the company's placings and they've always raised money without issue at a significant premium. Given the high grades and continous from surface to EOH intercepts I can see the Ozzies being very keen on getting some at a significant premium to nominal value. In fact its very hard to find a company trading anywhere close to their nominal value let alone placing at that level. Yeah Nayega could be worth a reasonable amount, several hundred million is a very reasonable amount. Its a game changer as last estimated costs were around $9m for development and cost of mining at just $2/MTU its a future cash cow when the licence comes. They should really dual list and give the ozzies a crack at Nayega too even if these are undervalued. No need to be greedy, it'll get a higher price for the listing given the gold, manganese and IO.

Regards,
Ed.

RS said the IO assets are largely worthless, not Togo

Is the mn price really doing that well?

4sta,

I wouldn't compare the two, firstly as you say the grades they're getting are a fraction of the grades we got at Klond. Secondly they start at about 140m and other small grade gold at over 250m. Klond starts at surface with much more significant intercepts of much much higher grade. Also KRS reported continuous gold from surface to EOH, so many of these holes are open at depth as well as width currently.

Ed.

Think our grades are far better than that so far aren't they?

TCoMC,

Definitely good thinking chap, would certainly help fund Klond and eventually Nayega when it comes.

Be good if we could sell the IO asset, raise funds for the gold projects and reduce the need for dilution to shareholders.

GD,

Same here, very large areas compared to the red areas for Klond itself and the management are talking about acquiring more exploration in this area too. Maybe something to do with the continuous gold from surface to EOH in some of the recent results. :)

Cpap,

Last we heard it was due for early/mid '17. That'll sort out the funding to progress Klond and these new large areas. Fingers crossed in the mean time Togo will pull their finger out and get that licence out for Nayega and the Oz listing will be at a substantially higher price!

Regards,
Ed.
