04/5/2017 09:28 | Got the notification from TD on voting this morning. Easy, voted yes. GLA, GD | greatfull dead
03/5/2017 14:19 | At the moment it looks like I will be able to attend the GM in person. It would be good to see some others there as they are a bit of a lonely affair normally. I hold shares in various accounts and when the voting form appears on TDdirectinvesting I will vote the majority using the form in case I do not make it. From Monty UK on LSE board: All... Following on from a previous post by Oil regarding the forthcoming vote, I decided to reach out to DR to ask how important it would be for us to support the boards proposal. As usual, Dave has responded within hours, and over a bank holiday weekend. Show me more than a handful of AIM MD's who would do that and I would be shocked! As Oil has previously posted, this is important to the board, but I had missed the subtlety of the second point as below. Please note, I am not directly quoting DR as I respect the privacy of the mail, but in essence it's as follows, both points are in the public domain but summarised here for clarity: i) This is a critical vote that will allow us to pay down outstanding large debt. Not securing this would leave us with limited AIM channels. ii) This sends a very strong message to ASX as we list. In short, the more support is seen by existing shareholders, the stronger the message. My broker is Halifax, and I have to say I am disappointed that they have not formally told me of this vote, or my role in it. As a call to do the right thing, we should not be passive, and contact our brokers to ensure we support the board, and cast our votes. My gut feel is that a few regulars here could easily muster 50M shares between them, so let's show DR some support, as well as protecting our best interests. As a final point, I did mention that I felt the social media updates had tailed off, which he acknowledged, but reminded me of a lot of news flow in the pipeline, and he expects an upturn in communications. ...and yes, DR sounded very upbeat! I'm comfortable to hold. I do not see anyone voting against the resolutions - it would be suicide. However a good turnout would be appreciated so even if you cannot make it please take the trouble to vote your shares by whatever method your broker enables - it should be really easy with most. | rec0very stock
02/5/2017 14:16 | Thanks to Timw on the GEO thread: Lots going on over the next couple of months. Regards, Ed. | edgein

28/4/2017 21:35 | Keras Managing Director Dave Reeves said, "The creation of a standalone ASX listed company housing the Company's gold assets is a natural evolution for Keras. The Transaction has been catalysed both by Australian market demand, and by the Board's intention to provide the projects with adequate funds to realise their full potential." "Through the creation of Calidus Resources Limited, I am delighted to provide Australian investors with direct exposure to our exciting portfolio of gold projects in Australia - something that is clearly understood and appreciated following the recent oversubscribed placing by Pharmanet announced earlier this month. Investors in Keras will also retain significant exposure to the upside of these assets through our major interest in Calidus, whilst simultaneously retaining optionality over the Company's additional interests; namely our manganese, nickel and cobalt interests in West Africa." | cpap man
28/4/2017 21:25 | Red tick w*nk*r?!?!? | cpap man
28/4/2017 11:12 | Ed, That cobalt if the mining applications are granted (I can see why they will not be),will be a huge bonus to KRS assets. Very to happy to wait and see what transpires on all KRS assets. ATB, GD | greatfull dead
28/4/2017 10:13 | Good morning GD, Yeah over the longer term Calidus is likely to be a corker. Bound to be some more of these high grade areas yet to be mined on the entire strike length. The initial results we got from KRS regarding Klond, that the market pretty much ignored, were high grade and open at end of hole. I'm expecting them over the next year or two to multiply that resource that Calidus is starting out with. One thing about Mr Reeves is that he certainly doesn't sit on his hands for too long. Would be great to see the green light on Togo and perhaps have development at Klond and the Mn started too with the exploration licences (cobalt) as a bonus. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/4/2017 09:25 | Good morning Ed, Over slept. Great RNS from KRS. The bigger picture is opening up. Let get TOGO going. ATB, | greatfull dead
28/4/2017 09:07 | RS, Well apparently we can produce concentrate for around $2.00 per MTU so there's still margin there. Moreover its gonna be around 9-12 months construction time so who knows where the Mn price will be by then, could be another 12 months before we see this elusive Nayega licence anyway. The Mn price is likely to be somewhat above $2 per MTU by then. Also the time running out here is more linked to the Calidus milestones rather than the Mn. Nayega should still be one of the lowest cost Mn operations around its millions of Tn of 14% Mn at surface. The focus will be on the gold from May/June and for the rest of the year. We may also get some of those Cobalt/Nickel licences in for the short term. I guess the £500k was for soil sampling and paperwork/field work on those. Hopefully any fund raise for drilling "west Africa" will be after several milestones with Calidus. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/4/2017 08:50 | Ed, With many more placing shares still to be dumped so those that took them can get their money back and sit on the warrants and the Manganese price where it is: Even if the Togo licence were granted, I do not think you would have too much trouble hovering up all the shares you want. | rec0very stock
28/4/2017 08:13 | 4sta, Good job that it isn't though, nice and quiet for another few months will do very nicely. You wouldn't have been able to get them at this price had Nayega licence arrived. If it stays under the radar until Calidus get their first round of assays from the 12000m programme I'll be happy chappy with a few more million in the kitty. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/4/2017 08:08 | 170,000 ounces or gold recorded from 196,500 tonnes of ore. Amazing. If this was one of the "in" shares it'd be up by 50% already. Certainly seems that we have a good licence area. | 4sta
28/4/2017 08:08 | Looks like the RED TICK W*NK*R is back! | cpap man
28/4/2017 07:54 | COULD double today..get in early¬! | temmujin
27/4/2017 12:05 | Perhaps it does not really matter now as you or indeed anyone can buy KRS below the placing price which to me is an open invitation to do so as it is AIMHO & DYOR of course an outstanding buying opportunity! | cpap man
25/4/2017 10:55 | Another point is that i believe that SHARD CAPITAL raised all or nearly all the funds | cpap man
25/4/2017 10:40 | My broker dealt with the main new broker in London for KRS namely SHARD CAPITAL | cpap man
24/4/2017 18:13 | After following up with DR plus reading through all the bumph including the latest KRS presentation i added to my position by well over 100% in the placing.... Exciting times these for KRS shareholders! | cpap man |
