11/8/2013 11:12 | Melody, the latest forecast for KENZ from Arden Partners is dated 9th August, and is somewhat higher: - this year : 44.97p EPS, 10.58p divi - next year : 49.57p EPS, 11.9p divi Strip out the cash and the forward P/E probably drops to around just 6 or 6.5. | rivaldo
10/8/2013 14:51 | Couldn't agree more on the MDM tip another fantastic company. I purchased after the tip on here so thanks! | sar10
10/8/2013 13:18 | Now that this seems to have broken above the 440-ish 'ceiling' it's been hitting over the last year or so, I am hopeful that we will continue on from here. This also encourages me for a tip which appeared on this thread for MDM - "pyemckay 11 Jul'13 - 23:35 - 3889 of 3999 0 0 Im a holder of KENZ and recently bought MDM, similar company but in the mining sector, just went ex div yesterday 11p div on a share price of 132p. they have cash like kenz and pay 50% of profits as divis. also pay special divis." - which I also bought having looked into. The same thing is happening there as happened here - it is bumping along going nowhere despite looking very cheap on fundamentals. Now that KENZ is on the rise, perhaps MDM will follow! Thank you, pyemckay. | jeffian

10/8/2013 08:01 | Above 450p for the first time in nearly 17 months. That's demanding patience from its shareholders but what a great company | mirabeau
10/8/2013 07:20 | Round numbers are always the best targets. 450, 500, 550... Psychological numbers. | minimal
09/8/2013 20:06 | 500p target is based on .....yes a round number.....but also for the last 9 months we have been in a 60 pt channel between 375p and 435p. I now see a 60pt rise from 440p up to 500p. | melody9999
09/8/2013 13:40 | Holdings RNS just out - good to see Standard Life increasing. They're now above 7%, with 8.4m shares: | rivaldo
09/8/2013 10:03 | Im looking for 470 for now. Ive seen broker targets as high as 590. | minimal

09/8/2013 09:46 | very strong this time, l2 looking good, £5 on the cards, past 450p | lennonsalive
09/8/2013 09:12 | Low volume so far. I expect some profit taking, slight retrace and then whoosh! | it_trader
09/8/2013 09:02 | Up we go again. I have a 575p-600p price target, and if there's a decent-sized acquisition from the cash pile, as has been flagged, that target may be raised substantially. | rivaldo
08/8/2013 23:59 | I'd say first target 470p . It just about broke the 12 month intra day high today but its getting into overbought territory if you just look at the technicals,so I wouldnt be surprised if there's some minor profit taking over the next 2 weeks or so. Thats just the way it is. Against that I think you might see a consolidation base forming at 430p/440p ready for the next leg up. I'm still as sure as ever it will attract a bid . Amec's results today were quite good if you strip out the minority mining sector which is clearly under a cloud. 80%/85%+ of the stuff Kentz is bidding for is non mining so that was a big plus for me.. | ohisay
08/8/2013 16:48 | Clear breakout. And the good news is that there should be a lot of support at 440p now ..... good risk / return IMV. First target 500p. | melody9999
08/8/2013 16:47 | . . . a few more pence and I'll break even ! | noidea
08/8/2013 16:03 | bout time ! re the rise , a few more pence and ill take profits | leeson31
08/8/2013 14:18 | Thx for the last two posts, useful stuff. Very healthy volumes with almost 1m shares traded so far today - any sellers must surely have left or are now leaving the building. | rivaldo
08/8/2013 12:06 | I have worked down in Southern Africa and the place is booming. I feel positive about Kentz and am very bullish on the medium term. Go Kentz! | minimal
08/8/2013 11:52 | VSA Daily Flow Test - This Morning's News Kentz has signed three framework EPC contracts in southern Africa. The agreements range between three and five years in duration, and are with blue-chip international companies. Two of the contracts are with an international oil major, to provide engineering services on a task order basis; while the third is with a southern African power utility. There is no specific value attached to these contracts, as they entail the provision of services as required, rather than through submitting tenders for individual elements. Therefore, with both clients and values undisclosed, it is difficult to gain a true measure of the contracts' significance. Nevertheless, the fact that they are for the EPC division, which Kentz has been the least bullish about for 2013, is a clear positive. The geographical positioning of the awards in southern Africa, where Kentz has a 3000-strong employee base, is also a bonus, as the slowdown in the mining sector could have prompted concern over workforce utilisation. We expect a positive market response to this announcement. | gpd2
08/8/2013 11:43 | Here comes £5! | lennonsalive
08/8/2013 10:41 | Looks like we're breaking out of that range we were stuck in. Rightly so. | pjhutchy
