I really don't know, was asking the same question above? I think I read somewhere it would be to fit in with their EPC work.

They've openly said they're looking to make an acquisition by year end. So far narrowed down to 5 or so companies.

I meant someone bidding for KENZ. Price action in soggy wider market would point that way. Or of course KENZ doing the bidding. I go for the former.

Yep looking good for £5. Acquisition later in the year then on towards £6.

Does anyone have an idea what they may acquire? Will it be for the EPC side of things?

Looks buyers are finding it difficult to find stock 115K traded and share price up 5p.
Would expect at least 20% increase in dividend this year.

i think youre right mate, but its just that i was on a t20... just taking profits and clsoing the trade..

i have LAm for rig exposure, but couldnt resist a t20 on kenz when it went sub 400p

Cheers Leeson. I think there's a long way to go here assuming the markets remain stable.

I can see broker targets of 600p being easily achieved, especially with a highly earnings-enhancing acquisition as has been flagged.

Given the excellent H1 trading statement, I'd hope for continued share price rises now up to the H1 results (30th August last year).

And KENZ are rather good at winning contracts and announcing them on a regular basis :o))

Add likely acquisition news from cash into the mix and a sharp re-rating may not be far away.

Low volumes, but well balanced. I can't see any reason why this share will not rise further given the fundamentals.
