Kemin (AIM: KEM) hereby notes that repayment of the US$306,000 loan extended to its Kazakh subsidiary, Kazakh-Russian Mining Company LLP, by Zadessa Limited ("Zadessa") may not have been deferred to 25 December 2014 as previously disclosed in the Company's AIM Admission Document dated 4 February 2013, as a result of the deferral not being authorised by an appropriate employee or agent of Zadessa.

Kemin is therefore currently in discussions with Zadessa to repay the loan in short order and has sufficient resources under its working capital facility and related arrangements with Amrita Investments Limited to do so.

The Company is also investigating the circumstances of the deferral and intends to pursue legal action against the persons involved at that time.

To take that up, part of the point being made here today was not to brag but to point out that the people who made the most money here are those who were buying in at 10p and below. Yesterday these were 8.5p and no one was interested. Looking at trading recently on a range of shares, I reckon many people cannot hold a share for longer than 5 minutes. Those who have some money to tie up made 100%.

Loverat .Its worth holding on to KEM to the bitter end.Not many stocks about and very tightly held.China and Russia next door.Also they have already said they have the option of selling one deposit to finance the other.So they may not need to raise any money.

Not great markets but there are a few stocks heading up. I have caught a few lately which have made up for others that have drifted while waiting for them to re-rate. I expect most will rerate at some stage purely based on past patterns and changes in sentiment. A few duffers out of a couple of dozen in play is to be expected but this one has done well overall.

Well done Shareho1der. I bought a few more recently because I thought it was just a matter of time before there was an announcement like this. No one wanted to touch these under 10p and then look at today. Just show it pays to accumulate unloved stocks at the bottom.

29h.Thanks.I am still here. Bought 100k at 10 p. i now have 152,000 shares. Will hold forever now .I am now in Nigeria and been too busy with other business so unable to post here everyday .Glad with today 's news .

still see plenty of potential here read the rns even though money will be needed remember phorm u lot deramping all the way from 3p to 15p even though they needed money which has all been done share price still at 13pish.this will gradually rise after intial spike as always on potential.wierd why people attack each other rather than give some useful info

Saying that you would have to be mad to chase a spike in this market so those
paying over 20p are well and truly trapped.
