16/10/2013 22:46 | TOPINFO 2 Jun'13 - 17:07 - 273 of 497 0 0 KEM going to be very hot 2moro. Bless his cotton socks 29h after selling into the rise late Friday after the Rns tried his best to de-ramp but looks to have given up now. lol. Post above 270 .This is why there was no stock on Friday and will be no stock 2moro and beyond either, as hardly any in public hands and hence why any volume buying as there will be will send stock flying. Many saying £1.00p+ quite possible 2moro and I have to agree. Afterall thats only 0.2p old money and the stock traded at that level and 5 times higher than it only a couple of months ago and that was before the licence was in the bag which it is now after late Friday Rns. | 29howard

17/9/2013 21:02 | Read this. Loading......Once upon a time in a village, a man arrived in a village and announced to the villagers that he would buy monkeys for £10. The villagers, seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to the forest and started catching them..The man bought thousands at £10 and as supply started to diminish, the villagers stopped their effort. He further announced that he would now buy at £20. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they started catching monkeys again.Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back to their farms. The offer rate increased to £25 and the supply of monkeys became so little that it was an effort to even see a monkey, let alone catch it! The man now announced that he would buy monkeys at £50! However, since he had to go to the city on some business, his assistant would now buy on behalf of him.In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers. Look at all these monkeys in the big cage that the man has collected. I will sell them to you at £35 and when the man returns from the city, you can sell it to him for £50. The villagers squeezed up with all their savings and bought all the monkeys. Then they never saw the man nor his assistant, only monkeys everywhere!Welcome to the 'Stock Market' | shareho1der

17/9/2013 12:27 | Some background reading on the calibre of the Assaubayevs; In 2010, KazakhGold commenced proceedings in the High Court against five members of the Assaubayev family, all former directors. The defendants are ex-Chairman Kanat Assaubayev, his spouse and their 3 sons Baurzhan Assaubayev, Aidar Assaubayev and Sanzhar Assaubayev. The claimants allege the defendants breached their fiduciary duties in publicly disclosed filings and misrepresented gold production by improperly including fictitious sales to an entity in the UAE. Claimants seek damages in excess of $250 million regarding this claim. KazakhGold also alleged the defendants had secretly agreed to a JV arrangement with MAED (which had entered into contracts with KazakhGold for three tailings retreatment plants) which entitled the defendants to 50% of the profits from those contracts valued at $69m. The claimants seek an account of profits and a declaration that defendants will hold sums received in trust for KazakhGold, plus other remedies not quantified in these proceedings. The claimants allege that the defendants misappropriated funds by spending a substantial part of 2006 loan notes intended for development and general corporate purposes, for the benefit of the defendants - by entering into sham contracts to disguise money transfers into vehicles of the defendants or into their associated entities for nil consideration. KazakhGold allege $180m was paid between 2007-2009 under such sham contracts plus $27.8m by an affiliated party including a portion of a loan obtained that year. The claimants seek damages in excess of $200 million in respect of this claim. hxxp://google.brand. | bam bam rubble

17/9/2013 10:24 | They've appointed 'pops From page 38 of the admission doc; The influence of the Assaubayev family could expose the Group to certain risks, for instance there could be a conflict of interest between the family's interest and the business's interest with respect to employment policy - when the family appoints family members to join the business instead of following an employment policy based purely on merit. This could have an adverse effect on its business, operating results and finances. Assaubayev's and connected parties hold 88% of the equity and have control of the Board. | bam bam rubble
17/9/2013 09:37 | Loverat 13 Sep'13 - 19:34 - 447 of 481 0 0 Anyone any idea why this keeps falling? Or is it the usual markdown prior to lift off? Because the last set of shareholders (GMA) got shafted and were left with residual holdings. That's why the selling has been relentless. KEM needs new blood, new money to bring life back into it. | induna123
