The stock has a history of being pumped and dumped, it has no cash, the CEO is 26 yrs old. It also wiped out former shareholders earlier this year (left with 0.8% of the equity)

Bull case seems to be 'it may spike again sometime' but no doubt from a lower start point that the current 15p odd buy price (nice spread). I'll pass thanks.

RNS at Galleon Holdings GON this morning and guess who is coming to dinner..

The sole director, shareholder and beneficial owner of Q Holdings Limited is Ashar Qureshi, who is one of the Proposed Directors, details of whom are set out in paragraph 11 below.
11. Proposed Directors It is proposed that immediately following the General Meeting, all of the Directors will resign and Mr Ashar Qureshi and Mr Hamish Harris will join the Board as Non-Executive Directors.
Ashar Qureshi, aged 48

In early 2010, Ashar joined Renaissance Group as its Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of Renaissance Asset Managers. Ashar left Renaissance Group in October 2011 and since then has been active as an investor and non-executive director in various companies.
Hamish Hamlyn Harris, aged 43
Hamish holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has worked in the investment banking industry for over 15 years in Singapore, Hong Kong and London, primarily in the area of market risk management. He has also run a privately owned private equity vehicle targeting acquisitions in agriculture in Eastern Europe in the last few years and is currently a director of AfriAg plc and Polemos plc, which are quoted on AIM.

GCM was a failure then? So what's different now? What happened to the Gold Mine GCM had that was meant to be a blockbuster of an investment.

Is this just a buy on the hope of a spike and that's it?

Anyone have a positive reason here to be investing in this company?

They need to close that spread a bit. Actually the last statement was quite positive with some possible news due so not sure it will stay down at this level. Risky but at some point it should spike.

You are all going to miss KEM. Huge news to come soon as per yesterdays Rns. This share price is currently 0.03p old money before the 500 to 1. It re-listed at about 0.06p and shot up to 1p which is 500p new money now. So even if it just goes up a small precentage of the last rise 16p to 500p is alot of % gain eh and loads in the middle. I think it will go over 50p+ at least short term. There is only 8% in free float so any volume will send it flying!

1) some of your past names: quotes 4 u, dangerous brian, 8trader, daydreamer ( very apt I'd say ), gravey davey ravey ( something along those lines ) etc etc
2) I did not say that I sold all of my HAWK holdings ( we've been thru that on the VAL thread ) at any stage.
3) I don't mention that I am a better stock picker than you - again you are putting words into my mouth

Looks like TOPINFO is trying to cover his previous losses by re-promoting KEM having bought at 30p, 35p and 40p. Now 14.5p.

I had a quote rejected at 22.5p 29h after news came out but ended up paying 30p, 35p and 40p

KEM worth looking at, pre consolidation 0.028. It went to 1p at one point when it re-listed which is 500p new money. This could get exciting after todays Rns. Very tightly held.
