Bit of a shock but topinfo actually pumped a stock that went up today, miracles do happen, he still claims to be holding these, what a compulsive liar eh.

Genises, that's my point. However armed with the majority of the £40mn, I assume they have just equipped themselves with the ability to raise for the future or after the intial raise of £40mn has been used(prob ore like £32mn after paying licence etc).

share if they have the bulk of the £40mn, why do they need this:-

"All costs related to the Acquisition have been paid and a working Capital Facility Agreement set up. Draw down requests may be made by the Company on a monthly basis."

The 2012 results are largely irrelevant now aren't they? Its all about whats going to happen now the RTO has completed.

I will eagerly await topinfo's view on those results, he normally spots a rns before anybody else but for some strange reason he is ramping away other stocks
but not mentioned KEM at all since those sales at 37p, will he even notice the
results are out ?

Final results out.
I see part of the loan provided by the CEO family was used to settled kmrc .
So its obvious now that the assets cost less than £7m but they still won't mention exact figure .

That proves my point the £40m put in by bergfolk is for the assets developments.

Anyone got a view ? or are you all just interested in the short term gains lol.
