Result of General Meeting
The Company announces that at its general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, including the special resolution to approve the proposed cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM.
Accordingly, as detailed in the Company's circular and announcement of 9 November 2018, the last day of dealings in the Company's ordinary shares will be 10 December 2018 and at 7.00 a.m. on 11 December 2018, the Company's ordinary shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM.
