Holding in Company
The Company has been advised today that, following share purchases between 29 November 2018 and 7 December 2018, BMN Commercial Limited holds 55,765,120 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 16.42 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.
As previously announced, BMN Commercial Limited agreed with the Company that, with effect from 12 November 2018, it would offer to purchase off market up to 67,929,012 Ordinary Shares offered for sale at a price of GBP0.004 (four-tenths of a penny) per Ordinary Share (the "BMN Commercial Offer Facility"). To date, BMN Commercial Limited has purchased 42,216,575 Ordinary Shares and is able to purchase a further 25,712,437 Ordinary Shares, pursuant to the BMN Commercial Offer Facility.
