Holdings in the Company
The Company announces that it has been informed that earlier today BMN Commercial Limited, incorporated in England and Wales under company number 10416788, purchased 13,548,545 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1 pence per share. Accordingly, BMN Commercial Limited now holds 13,548,545 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 3.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has also been informed that Adam & Co Nominees Limited, formerly a significant shareholder in the Company, no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.
