16/5/2021 19:30 | Its not so much the value of Kefi, without TK, it’s that their remaining option might be to dilute themselves into oblivion to keep going. Others might be willing to sit back and let them do it. Which is why a change of strategy now, might be necessary. Asses TK funding likelihood, and if it looks like dragging on, start looking for a buyer, whilst you have the leverage. | ![]() rich1e
16/5/2021 19:23 | Still only half way through May. If nothing in two weeks then yes he can go down as one of the biggest BSers on aim along with Sefton, Parry etc...let's give him two weeks though. No pressure "Know what I mean Arry"? Lol | theaviator
16/5/2021 19:14 | Anyone care to put a value on Kefi with no TK? | ![]() divmad
16/5/2021 19:11 | Well see how it plays out tomorrow and the following days, I find it hard to believe that any government minister, briefing the press about warnings, just plucked three names out of thin air. Ultimately tomorrows share price performance is probably in Harry’s hands, start naming those funding partners, detailing progress, signings so far, and the share price could well rocket. This is what I’d believed we were going to start getting anyway, not some fanciful wish list on my part. But I suspect as with other expectations they’re going to be dashed. If a warning does arrive RAB Capitol with 12% and a seat on the board will surely suggesting a change is due. If not of management, then of direction. It can’t play out into a two-way bet, financing or bust. | ![]() rich1e
16/5/2021 19:01 | peverill, The BoD would not ask the shareholders to vote for such an issuance on a 'definite maybe' basis. The details to enable completion must be sorted first, to enable the shareholders to vote sensibly. If the funding effort should fail, you do not want what maybe a huge number of shares, sitting in the treasury. | ![]() scrappycat
16/5/2021 18:47 | Eopicel, Ir is, apparently, vague to you, but it is not vague to me. It is not yet confirmed that the June date is agreed, but if it is to be, then the issuance of any new shares required for completion will need to be authorised by vote at the AGM. There are no shares available for issuanee in the Treasury afaiaa. | ![]() scrappycat
16/5/2021 18:36 | Why are they waiting for the AGM to issue shares,if its that important call an EGM,that's what they are for. The AGM is stalling tactics hoping something drops in the meantime. | ![]() peverill
16/5/2021 18:27 | Poor DC probably saw Boris was going for the gold plated wallpaper and got interior design envy. | ![]() robjm66

16/5/2021 18:16 | Think he is better at highlighting scams and dodgy companies than tipping but Kefi is not some share he has just done a bit of research on as a short term punt. | ![]() robjm66
16/5/2021 17:58 | robjim. TW doesn't have a reputation as a 'tipster'. He just has a reputation. | ![]() lurker5
16/5/2021 17:42 | Topicel, The funding cannot legally be finalised, i,e, contracts completed, until after the AGM. All the indications are that additional shares will be required to complete the funding agreement, and these can only be approved by an open vote at the AGM. A technicality, yes, but a necessary one. | ![]() scrappycat
16/5/2021 17:40 | Topical would be a bit hard to launch a project without funding and the agm was already slated for June. | ![]() robjm66
16/5/2021 17:27 | peverill, ',not to mention leading them a merry dance' Whom is he leading on a merry dance. I am sure he wants this settled, just as much as any PI, Much of his salary has been paid in shares or share options. His personal holding, plus his family's pension scheme are wrapped up in Kefi shares - far more than any PI, Also, to what purpose would you imagine that such a merry dance would lead? In reality, I would consider ousting Harry, or even attempting such, at this point would be total lunacy. That is, of course, just my opinion, | ![]() scrappycat
16/5/2021 16:56 | If maybe the case and the share price tanks "yet again" due to Harry being unable to move things along, then surely he has to go,how many chances are they going to give the man.He is making them look incompetent at best, not to mention leading them a merry dance while being paid handsomely for his failings. | ![]() peverill
16/5/2021 16:43 | Richie, Losing the TK licence would certainly be price sensitive information. This is not the case here. Presumably, it is simply a warning that it is a possibility. Totally different, and unless time scales are attached it could surely only be considered as a shot across the bows. Some investors may be prompted to leave the ship, as is their choice, but they will surely not get back in cheaply if there is any indication that the funding issue is, or is on its way to being, resolved. | ![]() scrappycat |
