Would say what has been under the radar in Ethiopia near TK is the copper prospect, a prospect near TK that I assume Kefi could go for if their exploration area was expanded on completion of TK deal as well as some other gold prospects. Copper prospect certainly looked promising to Kefi though not much detail and that was before rise in copper price.

hxxps://www.kefi-minerals.com/files/files/KEFI-NewGenGold-Conference-Pres-14Nov17.pdf

"The exploration area reserved for KEFI covers numerous prospects in highly prospective structural corridors, such as shallow gold mineralisation west of Tulu Kapi and high-grade gold-copper mineralisation north of Tulu Kapi – the common denominator being that all are within trucking distance of the planned Tulu Kapi processing infratsructure.̶1;

A Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) was announced 19 August 2020 for the Volcanic Massive Sulphide deposit at Hawiah, of 19.2 million tonnes at 0.9% copper, 0.8% zinc, 0.6 g/t gold and 10.3g/t silver.

As previously reported, in addition to the deeper drilling being undertaken, targeting a substantial increase in the maiden Hawiah resource, the Phase 4 programme will also include infill drilling with a view to upgrading key areas of the resource to the indicated category so as to warrant mine planning and the estimation of an initial Ore Reserve.

“The drilling results to date show that the Hawiah deposit remains open at depth and along strike.”

“Further exploration success could yield substantial upside; doubling the size of the resource could lift the NPV8 to US$362M at the same prices”

Alrotuwa, I wouldn't use crypto as any "hedge" because when the indices do finally give up the ghost (inevitable) crypto will likely crash more as has done historically. However this would be the buying opp. I don't subscribe to the "hedge idea" really. Imho you want to be buying it when bitcoin halves. Next is 2024.. (From where though is the question) The proven cyclical nature does make it a pretty solid strategy thus far.We are maybe 3/4 of the way through this bull run so am saying as it is and wouldn't like to see anyone spiked. The general market rhetoric is still "economically strong recovery" but the disconnect in general markets have imvho been ridiculous and criminal. The markets in effect only propped up by stimulus and corporation buy backs. Free stimulus and money - no such thing. Estseon, personally I find this media rhetoric far more dangerous than buying any crypto currency at the right time if makes sense. I do however respect your opinion and as with any investment one has to be cautious and try to do enough research before jumping in. Timing of course is everything.Over and out for me for a while. It may rile a few, but I don't see the harm on going a little off topic while we waiting on Kefi. Many understandably don't understand crypto yet and it's taken this Paddy here alot of effort over the past few years to get my head around it too.Just make sure as ever, whatever you invest in to do due diligence on anything, beit timing within cycles. Personally I feel it's important to have diversification and gold and silver are still the best hedge against inflation as ever imvho Silver especially remains v cheap with the ratio (I just hate the damn vat on it). Moderation is key...Invest what you are comfortable with and in what you love.

Mick I'm really the wrong person technologically to ask as am a dinasaur in some ways with computing technology BUT apparently just like google and internet, they can keep tweaking...or "updating" if you like. There are many cryptos that are absolutlely rubbish. Just like many aim companies, with self serving agendas and CEOs that couldn't give a stuff about share holder loyalties. Arry has the same respect at the moment as Justin Sun for me.. "Just in"...let's see if he can deliver after all these years...I keep it simple with crypto in that Bitcoin Ether Cardano are my three main "blue chips". The others are fun aim punts.. some will 10-100 bag some will disappear. Fun though.

Isn't a concern with cryptos being that if a password is lost then the contents of the wallet is lost is this a big reason which will hold it off from being mainstream?Also with technology improving constantly the concern is the market has new and improved cryptos too choose from? or can existing cryptos just do updates to keep up pace?

I guess folk just sick and getting wise to the corruption Estseon. Biggest corruption - Wall St. The Fed are also a private institution.Think of crypto as internet 2.0 because that's what it is in effect.. Best performing asset historically is Bitcoin. Hard to deny yet peeps will just keep watching it go up and up and up. Sure it will crash like anything but will be a million a coin within 10 years imho

It is said in some quarters that cryptos are becoming a threat to central bank dominance over currencies and are also seen as vehicles for money laundering. Whether these rumours are correct or not, there is a danger that the central banks could agree a strategy to stamp them out. There are less risky investments. It is also possible that governments will legislate to make it unlawful to buy goods and services using cryptos.

hxxps:// www.bloombergquint.com/global-economics/gold-holds-near-three-month-high-as-inflation-fed-in-focus doubt fed can raise interest rates and anyway probably the only way they can get rid of debt is inflate it away.
