Hi Daniel. I hope you made a few bob out of JLP and that you and your Mum get a good return here also. Whilst I still hold KEFI, it has not moved from my ‘puntsville217; column. Notwithstanding there is a real sense that, subject to the usual caveats, momentum will get this over the line. The ‘line’ definition is very loose however; expect some ‘left-field217; content.

Well what a week it has been so far. An RNS on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Lots of talk about timing of the exercise of 15 million warrants held by an insider followed by the news on Wednesday of another extension to the guideline resulting in a fall of over 20pc. If you ever needed your cynicism regarding AIM boosting & I did not, well there it is, most probably. :-(

Theaviator, what is your real position in Kefi? You posted on Tuesday morning that you sold out everything on the open, for a small profit. But after the close, in the early hours, you said you still have 5mn shares. Confused.

Well I have had the PC running for a fortnight - bad habit but it takes forever to close down these days - so Goatie's advice is probably fine.

I'll see what happens when I close down ce soir.

I agree it is handy on this thread. How old is the ipad? They get clunky too...

Goetherd. Thanks, but I have an iPad and I have an app for kitco where I have the gold prices but it is a lot better just to see it on advfn but I can't up date it there
it is stuck on the 12th.of April.I have down loaded advfn again but still the same.John

Restart your computer and reload Kitco. That usually works.

If it doesn't load Kitco with a different browser - eg I usually use Chrome, but I have Windows Edge available too.

Thanks Tom. Now that is a real eye opener. I was young & more optimistic back then. Well, more optimistic anyway. :-(My heart was in my mouth as I scrolled down fearing a bullish posting from myself. Phew! I still get a hot sweat with embarrassment when I remember saying after a webcast that the funding was a done deal. That was probably around 4 years ago. Arghhhhh!!

Lol, and many were excited by whatever the gold price was in 2015 too...

If we get a mine up and running I'll take an interest. Until then, after so, so many false starts, who is going to link Kefi and the gold price in anticipation of profits?

Those who bought in last week and were getting excited with the rise, only for it all to be dashed as ever?

Hot money it may have been, who knows? Indeed, has anyone any idea what that surge to 2.4p was all about, really? Logically it should have happened, as it did prior to last October's 'deadline' when we even saw 2.9p I think, as the end of March potential deadline approached.

So did leaks occur? These RNS were all lined up this week and the share price surged without anyone knowing? Seems very coincidental. They just didn't quite know enough it seems.

Except for us old cynics, eh Taxloss? :)

Come end of May we should get a surge to all of 2.1[ at this rate. Too often bitten...

SP has been relatively resilient on the back of the latest update. I think this makes the June deadline huge as based on previous cash burn rates we are staring at another placing if missed.

Unsurprisingly gold is really on the move today. This should absolutely attract new investors. We become considerably more profitable as gold rises. Its free money every dollar extra feeds 65 cents per ounce to KEFI shareholders.
