As I understand it, the AGM is due before the end of June, and the relevant documentation 3 weeks prior to the date proposed. There is still time to spare from that point of view. No doubt someone will correct me if I am wrong.

I would have thought by now they would have written the draft documentation to shareholders for the resolutions required for the AGM. Can shareholders request paper copies of these circulars these days? in which case printing time would mean the document must be finalised now. The point being, everything must be agreed now as last minute changes means documentation would be incorrect

For all we know, Harry might have defined the timescale. If this funding effort proves to be abortive, I think he should rapidly pursue the SA option, and all that Copper. The SA government seems very amenable to development options, with some funding, that diversify from its previous reliance on oil.

It's not other parties that have led us to expect news this month though. Three more market days in May, then it goes the same way as October, last quarter, first few weeks, first quarter.

The news flow here is dictated by other parties too, not just Harry. Though they will be aware of the projected timescales, they do not have understandably impatient PIs to satisfy.

endorse KEFI’s historical Project expenditure,

confirm KEFI’s exploration licences

confirm the construction schedule for the offsite infrastructure

Project remains on schedule to launch shortly

full Project launch as soon as possible after the Company’s Annual General Meeting, which will be convened in due course for a date before the end of June 2021.

Have updated about a lot just it did not sink in, maybe they need Rio to be in charge of communication so we get a bit more detail either that or use the QA section to flesh things out a bit that have been Rnsed.

I emailed them this morning at 07:30 and asked, as a shareholder, when I can expect to receive the numerous announcements that we were told would be issued in May. No reply, no surprise.

I've raised the question several times. I have had email from Roger previously, but not recently and never during the anxious period waiting for anticipated promised announcements. However, the share price is not showing signs of panic and that has been reassuring, or created a false sense of security... We shall see which in coming weeks, possibly.

taxlosstone - I have asked the question on the Q&A "facility" (I use the term loosely as only easy questions or stuff they can't hide get answered) but not had an answer. Perhaps a few others should raise a question concerning the lack of funding deals announcements.

Is anyone else really, really worried that funding deals will be announced throughout May as & when they are signed has morphed into, by definition, the last week of May? Surely this is a case of no news is bad news. :-( Oh, we did have one bit of news though. We may be receiving a yellow card from EG.
