One perspective could be that -yes, Kefi had the TK licence approved and "active", but the 3 x exploration licences have always been stuck "in review" as I suspected that the EG was holding this over Harry as leverage to get TK done. However, it now looks like we have finally got the licences and will be able to start explorng/mining them once TK is up and running.

Hey Rob, no problem. For clarity they applied a long time ago and as recent as yesterday the exploration licenses were in review. Now the are active pendingPayment verification. So definitely a step forward

First come first serve for buying KEFI shares low on this hot off the press exploration licensing progress. Lots of buys now but pretty damn sure the MMs will raise buy price tomorrow morning. Maybe last chance to load up the train before it leaves the station.

Thanks Rio went on site put Kefi in search box on side and it came up with three areas clicked on each one added together they come out at about 1000km the same as the exploration areas Kefi gets on completion of deal. The date for the application is the 19th of this month which would suggest that kefi has just applied for them officially in anticipation of completion of TK deal and mining ministry happy to give the new areas when registration fee paid.

As per my below post and directly taken from the Ethiopian mining portal. These licenses today have gone from - active in review to active pending payment verification. And this has happened TODAY

With the new licences they complete when the TK deal completes.

I think it is time for something useful versus all this squabbling which can only be damaging when attracting new investors. Check this out for exciting KEFI progress. Within the RNS that was sent out during Monday, there was a comment that "it was agreed" to "confirm KEFI's exploration licences"However, this was viewed at the time with a degree of caution due to the warning within the official web site and threat of a potential follow up letter from the Ethiopian Mining Ministry.So, due to this being a bit of a mixed message, A KEFI shareholder has had a go at verifying what's actually going on...... ?

Has anyone emailed the company asking about "the regular funding updates" we were supposed to be getting as and when they happened this month? I have but probably wont get a reply. However, if we all start emailing Harry then maybe just maybe we will get a response.

I totally understand your antipathy towards people who expound on their share values, and in th normal course of events, I would agree with you. However, Topicel made a remark about me to support his argument, and that remark was, as is often the case with him when it comes to other people's actions,, just surmise. My recent post was a response to his attempts to belittle me. All because I said I had no interest in bitcoin. Nuf said by me on this subject. Good luck.

Well, as I have said previously, I averaged down when the price dropped to rock bottom at c0.7p. I analysed the available information, and concluded that the mine would, eventually, open. I could have been right, I could have been wrong, I could yet be right, I could yet be wrong. 'You pays your money and you takes your chance' as they say. I payed my money, and have an average of c1.4p. on which I am taking my chance.

Yesterday, Topicel suggested I must be a loser. I am not, and even if this should go bottoms up, I would still have a very respectable profit on my remaining investments. I hope the same applies to you two (goatherd and Topicel). I wish it could apply to all, but that is unrealistic. All we can do is hope for the best - unless one chooses to sell.

And, fortunately I was not buying in 1m lots in 2015; or, indeed, 2012 when I first bought Kefi. My average price is 2.3p - is yours?
