A relatively good week for Kefi. Just down 10%. :-( I wonder if Harry has absolute certainty about Tulu Kapi working out for the Company & is therefore frustrated by the naysayers on this board. Or conversely he may be frustrated by the endless delays & feels the despair of genuine shareholders. Or he may of course feel something entirely different.

Was expecting an issue of equity RNS but maybe that's been held back to steady the share price for a little bit longer or the benefactor is perilously close to breaching 3% and needs to offload a few more.

Well, after today there will be just twenty trading days left in October for us to receive official confirmation that the TK project has been "triggered".

We await developments with bated breath. Surely we're not going to reach the end of the month just to see the can being kicked further down the road? Yet again!!

Several of the areas in Saudi, over which we have exploration licenses, were surveyed by the Geological Surveys of America and France in (from memory) the 1980s.

The results, according to KEFI, (several years ago - before Harry's day) were said to be "unbelievable" - that was unbelievable good, not unbelievable bad!

We decided to go for Hawiah first - I am sure there were good reasons; and certainly the trenching results were very good.

As you well know, they have already trenched it. They are drilling to get an idea of the size of the whole deposit. Then they will design another drilling plan to further scope the deposit.

Scars - I understood they were virtually tripping over nuggets lying about so don't know why they need to drill!! Oh silly me they need to keep the licence and keep up the pretence that things are moving along swimmingly while we dangle. Sorry if this isn't helpful but there we have it.

Anyway, if Cybaajak's not prepared to open a book, I will. The following are the odds on the next RNS from Kefi:

1/2 Issue of shares & total voting rights
6/4 Issue of "In the Money" options to hard working directors & staff
7/2 Revision of terms to ANS. In addition to their money back guarantee (how can you get your money back if you don't pay over any money?), they can "have" any of the shareholders' wives or daughters
8/1 Harry buys himself a 38 foot Sunseeker
33/1 ANS pays over the first tranche of money
66/1 The loyal shareholder supplying short term working capital announces that they're filled with remorse & won't be rogering the company nearly so often
100/1 bar

jaylett, I have suggested a reason for the delay: they have agreed a development schedule with Lycopodium. They went to see them with ANS when they were in Perth. They said so. Lycopodium, from the passage quoted by goatherd, want possession of the site whenever and the initial act will be to execute the relocation some time this month. I don't suppose that Lycopodium has its heavy machinery sitting in a parking lot in Addis so they will take a bit of time to get it and the materials and the fabricated plant up to site. I expect that they are working to that schedule much as we would like the relocation and, more importantly, the cash injection to happen tomorrow.

If the reports are complete, I would dearly love an explanation of why ANS need a full month to pony up their cash. KEFI and its shareholders have bent over backwards to satisfy their demands and requirements and there appears to be very little flexibility in the other direction. Surely it is time to exert some pressure and request that any final reviews that are required be expedited to allow a signal to be sent to the wider market that the project is underway and our local partners are fully committed?

The fact that HAA is only willing to commit to wording that states funds are "expected by the end of October" is extremely concerning. Does he even really believe in these local partners anymore? Are we collectively walking down the garden path? It is starting to feel that way.

Not so, This is a quote from the Interim results of 23/9/2019 -

"During September 2019, following meetings in Perth and in Addis Ababa with the
Company’s partners in Tulu Kapi Gold Mines Share Company (“TKGM”), with the senior
regulatory bodies and with the principal project contractors, all parties resolved to proceed
with triggering the development of the Project in October 2019."

The year was clearly shown.
