Dan, put yer pension in here! |
"The General Meeting will be held at on 2 January 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (AEDT) at 49 Pennant Avenue, Denistone East 2112, NSW, Australia."
Based on Streetview, that appears to be in some bushes. Is Harry doing a bit of artisanal prospecting or just peeping through someone's windows?
We laugh at frontier markets but AIM really is the pits. Pulling down shareholder's strides and then holding your AGM next door to Crocodile Dundee's gaff. Hilarious.
"That's not a placing; *that's* a placing." |
I'm not sure that any outfit will allow a short, at least cannot find one?
My opinion re TW is on goats fred, sure you can read.
If the likes of chopper harris1 wishes to be conned, sobeit.
Lovers and duffers unite.
Dud btw |
robjm66, your ref to TW and his continual spin.
Remember he spun this to high heaven at 6p! Jump in, I am!
Caught out by Harry with the fund raise, spun at 5.5P.
Spun that yarn also.
Now knocking morons for slating harry, beggars believe?
Whose the moron Tim?
Rather bad advice, time for Tim to retire? |
Dude?
Do you have to be 18 to use this website? |
Dude, I am not sure anyone would disparage a share they own? |
No, not by looking at forums like this, I would ignore these forums and talk to the major shareholders and HA. It would be a done deal long before bulletin board holders had any say. It happens all the time. |
Yes, my (bad) choice. But you were implying that I haven’t got any shares and therefore a deramper/shorter. The last refuge of the KEFI rose-tinted diehards when faced with a bit of realism. |
Except I proved a previous 43k profit!Yes, down right now but it won't last long, don't blame others for your bad choices? |
Hehe, if only you had some actual shares to sell!? |
Not your posts specially of course.
But if I was looking to make an offer I (or one of my minions) would certainly try to find out what the shareholders thought and how that might affect my offer price.
Wouldn't you? |
If there are any potential bidders for this company reading this forum….,…;..I will bite your hand off for an offer of 1.25p a share. Will even accept a penny.
Waiting and hoping in anticipation!!!
Cheers. |
Goatherd, Are you really suggesting potential purchasers are avidly checking out my posts to set their offer price ? Comedy gold! |
#6924 re #6925
Hands up, seems I was wrong - there is. |
gisjob2,
Thanks for pointing out the "10" thing, I have altered it to "10p".
No. I am perfectly serious. It is a grave error to undervalue one's assets.
And it is very stupid, IMHO, to boast how low a price your would accept. It simply gives information to potential buyers.
For example: If you are showing a potential buyer around your house, would you say "Well, we are asking £500k, but we would take £375k"?
Wouldn't "Well, we are asking £500k today, but demand is so keen we are thinking of lifting it to £540k early next week" be more effective? |
One can only assume that this ‘goatherd̵7; avatar is a parody account. There is not enough stupid in the world for it to be anything else. |
10, do you mean 10p? You're surely having a laugh ! |
Remember that most offers are conditional on a certain percentage accepting.
I think that the percentage accepting a derisory offer (anything under 10p IMHO) might well be too low for acceptance. |
Believing a perpetual liar is like relying on a chocolate teapot for your morning brew— sounds sweet, but it’s a meltdown waiting to happen. |
"By the middle of next year we will be well and truly into major construction " Harry on Proactive.Hmmmmm........ |
I'd be happy to take 2.75p for my shares after the latest raise. I think talk of 5p+ is hopeful in the extreme, though I'd love to be proved wrong. I think some people need to look at the chart to get a sense of reality as to where we are and then look at how many shares are in issue. Sponsored valuations will always be higher than what will be achieved.
I'd gladly take 12x the current share price today, in fact I'd snap their hands off. |
Chopper harris I learnt the very hard way to never average down on a losing position. losses just get magnified. Also you do know that Financial Approval won't be the last step in the process. Harry will find other ways to continue the lifestyle management without the hassle of actually doing anything. Probably the underwriting stage or some other BS word soup excuses. |
