Well do not subscribe to TW but anything is an improvement on kefis marketing and PR if kefi PR and marketing were better i suspect they would have had an easier time of it over the years and maybe done joint venture and been more successful with its deal making.

And it is very stupid, IMHO, to boast how low a price your would accept. It simply gives information to potential buyers.
For example: If you are showing a potential buyer around your house, would you say "Well, we are asking £500k, but we would take £375k"?
Wouldn't "Well, we are asking £500k today, but demand is so keen we are thinking of lifting it to £540k early next week" be more effective? |

Remember that most offers are conditional on a certain percentage accepting.
I think that the percentage accepting a derisory offer (anything under 10p IMHO) might well be too low for acceptance. |
