08/10/2021 16:25 | Hmmmm... I take a different view. I think the fact that they have issued more warrants to tie down a shareholder from selling for three months tells you they expect to have a result one way or another within those three months. The exercise price of 2p must be a price agreed as realistic should the investment Kazera need come to fruition. The investor must believe that their is a reasonable chance of that happening and you could reverse out the implied odds from that transaction. On the other hand, the directors have an exercise price of 0.3p, the share price going up is only a good thing for them. Whether through warrants or equity their price is fixed. I think the fact that they exercised their warrants tells you very little. The fact that they are hanging on to their shares could be a positive or could be a legal requriement given that they are insiders on the brink of a deal that could be company changing. In addition, one positive thing I'll say about GC, is that I've never known him sell shares in the companies he's been involved with... for good or for bad, he cashes out when the company is sold or goes bust not mid tenure. | al101uk
08/10/2021 07:55 | Jennings / Align already almost own 30% of KZG so I can't see them doing anything more here other than promoting it on Align. However, I did note the flurry of warrants being exercised by the Directors. I did wonder whether they had forward sold some shares prior to exercising these warrants but the maths would indicate that the Directors are simply adding to their existing holding. On that basis, I see the exercising of the warrants as a very positive sign that newsflow is likely on Diamond production in the near term, and fingers crossed, finalisation of the third party investor. | mdchand
07/10/2021 19:26 | Kazera and Ironveld both following similar trends as both await the completion of their funding deals which have dragged on and on and on despite being seemingly "imminent". The question has been asked before, but are they linked (despite one investor being supposedly Namibian and the other South African) ?? There's also been a few big sells in both companies over the past couple of trading sessions, so is it bored PI's selling out ? or is it someone bigger invested in both who's run out of patience ?? Who knows ??? What we do know is that the prices of both are now very very attractive so apart from a good top up price for those who believe in GC, it will also be very interesting to see if Align start filling the tank again as surely these opportunities don't come along too often ?? As always it's risk / reward at this stage of development but as they say in the game, in for a penny, in for a pound...... | ladeside

17/9/2021 23:27 | "Kazera Gdlobal announces that it has issued 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to satisfy the exercise of warrants by Tectonic Gold plc." "The Company has also agreed, in exchange for Tectonic agreeing to hold new shares issued to it for a period of at least 3 months, to issue to Tectonic a further 10,000,000 warrants with an exercise price of 2p, exercisable on or before 17 December 2022." Nice work if you can get it. | al101uk

07/9/2021 10:56 | Agreements ongoing by two different investors equivalent at 2.7p per share "-- Focus on securing a long-term financing solution for the Company remains ongoing, with two opportunities continuing to be progressed, only one of which will be completed on the terms below o The previously disclosed investor remains interested in providing a package of EUR9,130,000, which will fund the development of the Tantalite Valley mine ("TVM") and the building of the Orange River pipeline. o A new opportunity with a second Namibian investor who, following completion of due diligence by both parties, has signed agreed initial terms to subscribe $11 million for 290,576,383 shares in the Company. o Either transaction would give a price of approximately 2.7 pence per share and give the investor 29.34% per cent. of the outstanding equity in the Company at the time of issuance." | akramms

07/9/2021 10:35 | Lack of water, I think. They are in hard desert out there, and there is only so much water that the boreholes they have can give. Does anybody have an info on tantalum prices? Have they improved recently? If so, then that may be what is making it viable to start up operations again. | tigerbythetail
