30/3/2018 15:49 | paleje I agree your comments on Hibberd. I have made money here but foolishly went back in and am now down again but overall up by about a measly £2k. Giles Clarke has 10,499,410 - 4.18% so he presumably has some interest in matters improving, but the lack of tangible financial informatiom, a date when the mine will be in commercial production and a mine plan for the exploitation of Lithium is wholly unacceptable. | ridicule
29/3/2018 15:38 | Yeah, have a good one paleje, I hope it works out for both of us ;-) | al101uk
29/3/2018 14:12 | That's the hook Paleje, just as on Ironveld and Amerisur, the assets look great and it's always just a little while longer until that asset goose lays its golden egg. The problem over at Amerisur is that these tactics have been used for years while the same under performance has dominated with little to no explanation. Eventually (and I'm not saying you're at this point yet) you start to ask the question "are they also hiding the fact that the assets aren't all they are cracked up to be?" Ironveld and Kazera currently look like Amerisur on steroids, it's the same pattern happening at 5x the speed. This may be a cognitive bias on my part and when I ignore what I've said above I see the investment potential, but the above is why I sold Ironveld and have permanently sat on the sidelines here. | al101uk
29/3/2018 11:29 | "Sales of Tantalite The interim accounts have been prepared on the basis that the Group is not deemed to be in commercial production; therefore the proceeds of sales of Tantalite have been set off against the development costs associated with the Tantalite minesite." When I put this through google translate I got this: "We don't want to give you accurate financial information, so we've found a loop hole to avoid telling you." Possibly, if you dug deep enough you could work out by extrapolation how much revenue the Aftan actually produced, although without quantities of tantalite shipped it would be fairly meaningless. | al101uk
29/3/2018 11:01 | Looks like a few have been having those 3am lightbulb moments, jbf. | paleje
28/3/2018 17:33 | I have a few of these, but at this price I'm underwater. I'm just a penny punter. I was hoping for figures on which to make a judgement about my investment with these interim results. There were no figures. There seems to be no timetable on when figures could be available. If confidentiality with the one customer is the reason for no figures then maybe when there are a few customers they can release aggregate figures without disclosing the financial information of one customer. Is this level of secrecy normal for this type of operation? What other benign reasons for this level of non disclosure could there be? I can think of many non benign reasons for keeping tight lipped. They usually occur to me about 3am. | jbfnfn
28/3/2018 16:37 | Murky mess though it is, I think it might have been oversold. Circa 2m cash and an operating mine producing highest grade tantalum contracted to a US end user for years ahead and late stage negs for more deals. Highly prospective acreage with lithium a possibility too. A lot of upgrading must have been done, covertly, sneakily if you like, I agree with all the criticism and I'm well down on entry price but I still think it will come good. Those who partook in the last placing and those who know it from the inside would have been aware of the facts, PI's are always last to know especially with GC, and easiest to get burnt. But I think this might be a wrong time to bail. Just imo. What would it cost to go out and buy what we've got in the open market? (I appreciate we don't actually *know* what we've got:). Quite a bit more than our current mcap I would think. | paleje
28/3/2018 10:55 | Thats Giles Clarke for you. What he is very good at is eliminating Shareholder Value. He is all talk and delivers very little. | underhill2
28/3/2018 10:23 | Appalling treatment of shareholders. These financial results are a disgrace, highlighted by jbfnfn above. Two years ago, we were on the cusp of major cash flow and profitability. Then they understood the mine and the poor quality of the tantalum they were producing and have buried the costs of putting this right ever since. They should come clean and explain what the cash income has been compared with the expenditure and what the forecast is going forward. Giles Clark is a charlatan. There is just as much vagueness in the Ironveld announcement today and the lack of progress in procuring the smelter plant. | ridicule
28/3/2018 09:50 | Any views on the drilling results? | qs99
28/3/2018 09:15 | Frustrating isn't it, still in a fog, bit of good news on the water though and cash is/was ok. | paleje
28/3/2018 09:02 | Interim results "This reflects the continued investment at the Mine but [NTI] has received [NUMBER] payments from its first customer. The Company does not plan to pay an interim dividend for the six months ended 31 December 2017." Make up a number put it in square brakets. Thanks Giles. | jbfnfn
28/3/2018 08:24 | All very quiet...actually got a Lithium update! | qs99
22/3/2018 17:29 | haha I agree, pile of rubbish with little in the way of solid updates apart from a change of name and new web-site. I was in last year or so when lithium promise on top of mine was "all the rage", I'd like to know how investors were not misled in the past about all that? Anyhow, let's see what this bunch can achieve with the next RNS, hopefully actually involving some hard figures and prospects....! | qs99
22/3/2018 17:24 | I think I preferred this when it was Kennedy Ventures. It was still a pile of pumped-up rubbish but at least it was a pile of pumped-up rubbish with a British sounding name! 😐😐 | chopper harris1
22/3/2018 17:18 | Oh dear, this isn't looking good. | chopper harris1
20/3/2018 17:19 | I sense a placing in the air - perhaps an announcement on the back of the results?? | stur7672
15/3/2018 06:07 | The only figure we have is 51%W purity(one of the highest in the word),with the quantities undisclosed due to confidential agreements with the recipients.I`m hopeful that things are going in the right direction but who knows this is AIM | saint in exile
14/3/2018 12:35 | Ha! Accident prone globe trotting old goat, love it!! | frampton7
14/3/2018 12:19 | Frampton, Same here, the best I can do is a brand of alloy wheels :-/ Birds of Prey in Africa: Nothing... So I dumped a sentence I found into google translate and got this... "Nga kaende Nawa oMwatje Wa Muraranganda Wa Kazera." "Let's go into being oMwatje He's ranganda of age." Then I tried the same language with just the word "Kazera" (the language is "Shona") and got: "Kaza". I don't know what Kaza means, so I looked it up and got "accidental" and "goat" :-/ So could it be that he's named the company after an "accident prone globe trotting old goat"? I think the PA should take charge of the company, given the new context and the way he insinuates the name is in some way linked with his personality during the interview. | al101uk
14/3/2018 11:05 | Cyberbub, in answer to your question on the old thread, on the proactive video Larry says the Kazera is a bird of prey. I'd never heard of one so I looked it up and so far I have found no evidence that it is a bird. I am glad Larry is so excited about everything. I wish he'd give something for investors to get excited about! Thanks for starting the new thread Al. | frampton7
14/3/2018 10:45 | I really like the fact that they've got a football and a netball team. They should challenge the auditors to a match...if the auditors can get up a team! Kazera Global. Good name for a football team. | horneblower |
