I notice only VED in positive territory today so far and all other mining stocks down.

a bit surprising but looking at copper chart it seems to suggest that 300 is medium term support level or maybe 290 at worst and then a recovery - still in medium term uptrend I think .

The recent results along with the copper price virtually guaranteed 900p.

No charts required. They were saying 700p a couple of weeks ago.

yes , when there is a turnaround , the charts suddenly look bullish ! ( smile ) . But KAZ was amazing today on back of a very modest rise in copper price . Even kept going as Dow weakened although now back to just over 24900 . Moves so quickly I only trade the dow occasionally as too nerve racking . good luck for tomorrow
