Back to unchanged on the day I'm sure there's been some end of tax year selling as is usual especially among the small cap natural resource stocks.

Ditau (top image) currently being drilled.

Below that there are a couple of very good looking targets to be drilled from phase one of the airborne EM survey.

Results from phase two the EM survey (another 2,000KM) are pending.

Sorry, O/T;
Hope some of you had a look at ACP when I mentioned it last Tuesday. Currently up 32% since then and looking strong.

I think the management have more than enough skin in the game to make sure dilution is only done when it really needs to be ...

catsick,

I would go for outcome one. You stated in the beginning of your post you think he assay results will just validate the results from the xrf with .2% cobalt over a long length and uneconomic ammts of nickel copper and zinc.

xrf is a tech (qualitative analytical tool) I have seen used in my career. It was primary used on pipe fittings and was used to confirm the chemical composition of the fittings, for welding purposes. The tech impressed me and the results satisfied the welding engineers and QA/QC departments who worked on the project.

Validated assay results will see the share price climb for sure. BOD will facts to produce an exact presentation and generate massive interest(and more)from majors like Rio Tinto.

I think the assay results will just validate the results from the xrf with .2% cobalt over a long length and uneconomic ammts of nickel copper and zinc. The presence of high grade cobalt though tells you there is significant volumes of copper etc coming from the same source, maybe they can find it with the remaining drills but for sure they have proved the concept. For me there are two outcomes, they find more minerals by drilling out the conductor on their own or jv on the basis of the cobalt they found, I am sure sprott or mtr will want to jv or even rio Tinto who they have already done a deal with ...

catsick mentioned that copper grades are generally more than 10 times higher than cobalt grades. Whilst we wait for the assay results here is what was found at Voisey Bay in Canada in a similar geological setting in the first few holes. Colbalt levels just over 0.1% and our indicative weighted average was .2%
We might be in for some interesting results.

I make that almost 47.6% held by them. Not a lot in free float then.

Olympic Dam has copper, gold, uranium, silver.

KAV are mostly looking for copper-nickel-PGE [similar to Norilsk] but obviously anything could be down there at Ditau which forms part of the KSZ project?

Looks like some end of UK tax year selling across many small caps. On the plus side it creates an opportunity to get into the developing but potentially extremely exciting unfolding KAV story at a great price.

While we wait for the next news here is a discovery that is potentially comparable if we find what we are looking for

Their deposit was 2km x 1km in size I believe. The Sirius Resources share price increased 100 times in a 6 month period.

KAV's Ditau prospect is 7km x 4km and is only a small part of the massive KSZ project with stretches over 450Km.
